My new cut and color is pure perfection, I haven't felt this glamorous in a while! Patrick was very attentive and from the beginning I felt I could relax and trust the process. He asked questions that mattered and payed attention to what I was really looking for. They also have this cute as hell boutique -style merch! I was looking for a place to get my hair colored, and while searching online I came across Marilyn James Salon! I made an appointment with Michelle for an all-over color to cover my whites and grays, and also scheduled mini highlights. Booking online was super easy, and I was even able to connect with Michelle beforehand to go over the current state of my hair to make sure I was choosing the right services. She provided prompt, helpful feedback, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. Throughout the entire process, Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable and explained what she was doing as she went, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her expertise. I’m loving the final result and am already looking forward to seeing her again!

Michelle is a miracle worker!! I have alopecia and get extension removal and installation every 6-8 weeks religiously. It’s so hard to find a good hair stylist for my thin and spotty hair - but Michelle manages to give me amazing natural looking hair every single time, and at a very reasonable price. I always leave gorgeous and happy!

I came in unhappy with my hair from a previous appointment at another hair salon. I told Michelle what I was looking for and I showed her a few hair inspiration photos, as well. I'm beyond happy with how my hair came out. I personally believe my hair came out better than the inspiration photos. Michelle handled my situation with professionalism and care. She understood my time constraints as well; I was in and out in under 2 hours. Great efficiency 💥 I'd definitely go back 😊 Michelle's colleagues were very nice to talk to as well. They definitely understood my situation and made me feel better with their understanding ❤️

Michelle is a magician with color. I have super fine blond locks and she keeps my hair healthy and the perfect hue. I have been trusting her for years and she never lets me down. Highly recommended her as a top colorist and stylist.

Have been here a few times and am never disappointed! I have really thick, curly hair but Patrick always does an amazing job doing exactly what I ask for a cut/thinning hair out. He does a great job styling as well especially for how long/curly my hair is. Always feel my best after coming here!
