👎🏻I called Saturday for an appointment for Tuesday at 4:45pm, I called to confirm and call again and call again left a VM and called again and I'm still waiting for the call back with an apology I don't Iive close so I wasn't going to make the drive for nothing. Bad Customer Service, So disappointing!👎🏻

Hung up on me when I asked what hair color products they use. She asked me why I wanted to know and I replied that I use only one product. CLICK. This women needs a lesson in customer service!
