I went into the store to do a "Happy Return" for a product that I bought online. Despite the advertisement on the front door and at the check out I was told "we don’t do those" and "that hasn’t worked for months." Why not take down the signs then? So just FYI for anyone planning to do a happy return at the store, they don’t do them. Go to UPS instead and save yourself some time.

They reminded me of why I don’t go in this store. Sitting my things on the counter saying "oh we don’t have bags" Something about when women of color goes in this place…. people act afraid…. Not sure what the deal is but I definitely do not like going in this place!! Britney was the cashier…

I was in the store this afternoon to exchange a product and replace it with another brand. I found that the Lancôme power to foundation made my skin dry and wrinkles were awful even after using moisturizer. As I was looking for another another foundation, I noticed the cosmetic salesperson (a) gathered to themselves talking. They (3) looked at me and turned away. No one asked to help me until I flagged one of them down to ask her about the shade of a product I had picked. I asked her if the color I selected was the right shade. She said that it looked like it. That’s all. Another customer heard this and proceeded to tell me what she uses, found the product for me and matched my color. I even got the highlighter she recommended. Long story short…your salesperson (3) are not impressive and are lazy. They need to try customer care which would be something new for them to learn!!!

Booked 2 weeks in advanced for formal makeup at this location with Brittney and she canceled my appointment with no phone call or explanation . This makeup appointment was for my birthday & it’s not the 1st time I’ve had my makeup done here .

The salon needs more experience stying "ethnic" hair (type 4, coils). Very underwhelmed at the experience I received for a silk press, which was just a shampoo, blow dry and flat iron. Also, I recommend using products that actually work for the clients hair, not just what is being pushed for sales at the time. For example, The Cecred products she used made my hair so dry and tangled that the stylist could not brush through my thick, natural hair. After she was finished, I would have appreciated some sort of finishing spray or anti frizz serum . She didn’t use anything so I had to walk over to the store side and buy something to help keep frizz away. My hair lasted exactly 24 hours to be exact before it puffed up.

So friendly and helpful. Especially the fragrance dept. I will buy in store instead of online from here on out. They took me to every item i asked about. No one rushed me or was bothered that I was so indecisive. Excellent customer service! 10/10🙌🏽
