Enhance Hair Care

Extremely disappointed in this cut. I had a bowl cut. I wanted layers cut into it back in March. Showed her the picture of someone whose hair was the same length as mine. Even then she cut my layers way too short cus she was too busy talking. I didn’t make an issue out it and just rocked with it. Fast forward to October, my length is finally where I want it to be. She knew we were growing these layers out and they had grown out a good length, and my hair was looking fuller again in the top. The layers actually grew out to where I originally wanted them to be when she first cut it too short. This time I specifically told her I like my length and wanted to keep it; I just wanted her to shape it back up because the shape grew out some. All it basically would’ve needed was a little trimming. Which I should’ve followed my first mind and did it myself. Even she said "yeah cus we’re growing it out. So, I’m not going to do too much, I’m just going to do just a little." She takes the clippers and proceeds to cut the undercut so short and so uneven to where I look scalped in spots. One side is cut lower than the other and it’s very patchy. Then she takes the clippers and cuts above the shape of my head where it protrudes out, which we never cut above that. Then cuts all the length away and leaves some of the bang. It’s basically a pixie with a bang now. All my length and fullness is gone! My sideburns are so thin and uneven. My hair doesn’t flow at all and is so blunt in places to where it doesn’t even blend. One side is a lot shorter than the other. I get upset every time I look in the mirror.

I am thoroughly impressed by my overall experience. I went from dark brown nearly black to auburn roots and blonde endings. My color is superb! I was also able to get my lashes done and because it was raining when we finished, Ms. Lynette personally walked me to my vehicle all while holding an umbrella out for me. Needless to say, she’s earned a returning client for as long as I’m here! Big ups to Enhance!!! Y’all are the gold standard!

Beautiful woman, beautiful soul. Miss Lynette is great. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you enter, coming from a first time guest.
