My first time here and definitely will not be my last Came in today on V-Day for a couple massage and it was excellent I really enjoyed this place 10 out of 20 lol Sam hands are magic 🎩 ✨️ he did an amazing job soon as you walk in you are greeted with 100 % customer service from start to finish was great!!! I will be booking here often as I can thanks again me and my Fiancée love it p.s he felt asleep doing his massage he did not want to leave hahaha!!!

I had my hair done yesterday by Isaiah and another associate. They worked as a team and did an incredible job! I had not had my hair done in 3 years so was a little rougher around the edges. I had a cut, full color, and ombré throughout. They knew exactly what would fit what I was looking for and fit the colors to best to match what I needed for me. Looks need better than I imagined! If you are looking for an amazing cut and color this is a wonderful place to come! Would definitely recommend! They are friendly, make you feel heard, help you to find what you are looking for, and do an incredible job!

Had some time to burn before my massage, the staff was able to fit me in a express pedi! Everyone was so helpful and nice. And if your looking for a GREAT massage therapist I highly recommend Steve Harper.

90 minute full body massage with river stones I love massages and as you get older it becomes a necessity regardless of your line of work. It's especially important to find the right place for you. I love this location and my massage therapist (terrible at remembering names. Sorry). After you check in, they take you to a relaxation area away from the front desk and offer you a freshment. Once called back you get to discuss your focus areas and confirm your pillow aroma. The table is also has a heat option which is a huge plus. The massage was relaxing and just what I needed. I'll be back again for my 3rd massage. 👍

My husband and I have been going to Spa Concepts for all of our hair services needs for years, and Amanda is truly one of a kind! She is so kind, caring, and genuinely attentive — she always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we leave happy every single time. You can really tell she loves what she does and cares deeply about her clients. We always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. I had my Brazilian wax done by Taylor at Ashley Ridge and she absolutely killed it! She fearlessly tackled what can only be described as a small jungle — and left me smoother than ever. 🌿 It was (almost) painless, and she was so meticulous about making sure every single hair was gone. She’s professional, funny, and makes the whole experience comfortable and actually enjoyable (yes, even a Brazilian!). If you’re nervous about booking one, go see her — she’s the best in the business. 🩷

My husband and I had a great experience. The atmosphere was great. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The massage was so relaxing! We got a pedicure as well (couples package) and the female nail tech had a great sense of humor. She even offered to take our photo since we were celebrating 10 years together. She also picked out my nail color and I fell in love with it! The man that did my pedicure was so gentle and took his time to make sure my nails looked perfect (hard to do since I chop my toenails as short as possible) We had so much fun! We’ll be back soon!
