Linden Hair

I came here based on the high ratings. I didn't actually get a haircut - but I feel the staff is not very professional. My experience was that I arrived at the scheduled appointment time, but the staff didn't seem to understand what I wanted and asked me to show them a photo. After I spent about 2-3 minutes looking for a reference photo, she became impatient. When I asked for just two more minutes, they refused and said they had another customer coming in 25 minutes, suggesting I come back later. I think this is inappropriate behavior - you shouldn't turn away customers because they're trying to explain what they want. As a hair salon, you have an obligation to understand your customers' needs. The time allocated seems clearly too short and doesn't match the price. I won't be coming back and I'm leaving this negative review hoping other customers can avoid having the same experience.

Just a wonderful experience, very friendly and kind to anyone that visited the salon while we were there. Did a lovely job of my mother's hair, made sure it was just perfect and gave me tips on care of my curly hair after giving me a trim and style. Make sure you listen to her advice if she makes suggestions because she's always right! This is where I will come for all my hair needs in future and I'll be sure to take Jenny's advice!

Jenny has been our family hairdresser for over 20 years, she has always been very sweet and accommodating, her excellent hairdresser skills and customer service is why her business has been successful. Her kindness and warmth is a blessing to everyone she meets and she is funny too! I highly recommend Jenny and she also does waxing services . She is reasonably priced and if you are looking for a great hairdresser I would go to Jenny!

Just recently got my hair trimmed by Jenny!! She is very personable and did an amazing job, with absolutely no mistakes, and for a very reasonable price! I left the salon feeling so much better than I did walking in. Thank you Jenny!!

I highly recommend Linden Hair! I was able to get a same day appointment. I got a trim and some layers and she did a great job fixing up some uneven layers from my last haircut! So reasonably priced, professional, and friendly. Thank you!

If you have curly hair, you need to see Jenny! She is so sweet, personable, and did a wonderful job trimming my challenging curls. She also waxed my eyebrows perfectly and just the way I like them!

This is a good local hair place. As a guy its hard to find someone who takes the time to cut my hair properly. Cutting my hair is not hard but I like it when people take time on my hair. Even the fancy spa like places don't wash my hair, the curse of being a guy. This place, she washes my hair and even shaves my neck. Going here also supports the local economy and does not send money to some already rich magic "job creators"
