Super Hair Salon

I have been Tam's customer for several years, and I am lucky to find her Super Hair Salon. Tam is making my hair and myself 🙂 look pretty and tidy. She is amazing, quick, friendly, and professional! The price is low for the quality of her work.

This is the best hair salon! Tam is always able to schedule my haircut whenever I want it. It’s cheap—only $25 for women—and she does a great job! She is fast, too, but not sloppy. The place is clean and professional, and there’s a parking lot in the rear. I will always come here!

Great spot, with no frills and an amazing hairdresser, especially for asian hair texture! A lot of salons have trouble with the thickness and coarseness of my hair, but Tam cuts it so well, and quickly. You can opt in/out for shampoo/styling depending on how much time you have that day, which makes for great flexibility. I also appreciate the upfront pricing, makes appointments easy and stress free.

Tam is wonderful -- she gives careful haircuts to specifications and is good at working from photos, or from conversation about what the client wants. Several months ago I moved from Lake City down to Ballard and had tried a few other salons in the area-- after paying nearly double the price for two inferior haircuts in a row, I am happy to be making the drive across town to get my hair cut by Tam again. She is skilled, efficient, and the price cannot be beat!

I chose this place for my first haircut having recently moved to Seattle, and I'm so glad I did. Just call and you can typically get an appointment within a day or two. I got ~9 inches off into a layered long bob with textured ends, and Tam was precise and extremely communicative and responsive about the length and style I wanted. As of now, $25 base for a women's cut before tip - insanely affordable compared to other places, and she does take card. Tam is also extremely hygienic and safe (she even wiped down my credit card).

This is my new favorite place! I hadn't gotten a professional haircut in a couple years, and my hair was looking pretty dreary and shapeless. Tam was able to transform my super thin hair into a nice layered look with major body and texture, in what felt like no time at all. I'm generally not a huge fan of going to a salon, but she made me feel at ease right away, listened to what I was looking for, and gave some great suggestions on what would look best. I've gotten cuts for double the price that haven't come close to the quality I got here. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back!

This was my 2nd visit for a haircut today and both times were excellent. I have medium-long fine straight hair, a hair type that’s not fussy to cut, but few stylists actually seem to understand how to cut it to give it shape and movement, versus just chopping it straight across. The owner here is friendly, without being too talkative, and efficient but still paying attention to a lot of details. She’ll have you check everything out when she’s done and make sure you like it. Price is very fair. I’ll always come back here!
