Lily is literally the sweetest!! She was very gentle and she made sure i was comfortable with every color we chose! My hair turned out the cutest and before i left she gave me a big full of gifts! Every product she gifted me was absolutely amazing! Definitely going back soon ♥️and btw she took these amazing pictures!

Went to see Rebecca at Lady Neptune the other day + left feeling happier than I ever have after a haircut in my life! Lady Neptune’s space felt comforting + clean with very cool unique touches of vintage decor. I was so lucky to get my haircut by Rebecca, a literal hair genius! I knew I was watching an artist when she was cutting my hair. I have very unruly curly dry mixed textured hair and have always had unreliable results in the past with people not understanding how to cut my hair. But Rebecca thought carefully about my cut reference photos and gave me a cut and color that suited my hair’s texture and was just beyond what I even knew that I wanted! Soooo quickly Rebecca was also able to take my hair to a beautiful (and healthy!) icy blonde. And did some unbelievable work with her shears shaping my hair into the perfect cut basically making my at home styling time so much less work! I left with an amazing 60s inspired cut that was somehow also translated into a more edgy updated look! Can’t recommend enough this lovely safe, inclusive, + HIGHLY professional place!

I’ve been coming to Lady Neptune and seeing Michelle for almost 2 years now, and as you can see, I’ve asked for a lot and I’ve never left disappointed. I’ve never felt more beautiful or more myself than every time I’ve left the salon. Michelle is beyond talented at what she does, and always makes my hair dreams come true, no matter how wild. The salon is also so welcoming and warm, beautifully decorated, and filled with the kindest artists you could hope to find. Could not recommend Michelle or Lady Neptune enough to anyone and everyone!

This was absolutely the BEST haircut I think I've ever had! I've struggled to find the right stylist for my short women's cut for years. I've wanted a pretty specific profile for my short layers in the back, but they've always turned into a sort of wedge or stacked bob that I really didn't want. Rebecca listened to all my concerns (and hair trauma stories, haha) and was able to visualize and create exactly what I was looking for all this time! I also love the entire salon itself - it's vibe is warm, vibrant and fun, and all the stylists were friendly and welcoming. I honestly can't wait to go back! (But my haircut is so good it might be awhile before I even need to!) I'd recommend Lady Neptune to anyone looking for a salon filled with cool, friendly stylists that really care about their craft. And specifically, if you're looking for someone that 'speaks' short hair and all its nuances, it's Rebecca all day!

I’ve been to Lady Neptune twice now and both visits were genuinely incredible. The whole space is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully curated. It’s such a calm, comfortable environment and you can tell everyone there really cares about their craft. I’ve seen both Marcelle and Rebecca and they were equally fantastic. They took the time to really listen to what I was hoping for, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me put words to the cut and color I had in my head but couldn’t fully explain. I never felt rushed or pushed toward something I didn’t want. Their attention to detail and expertise really show, and I left both appointments feeling like the absolute best version of myself. It’s rare to find a salon where you trust multiple stylists completely, but that’s exactly how I feel about Lady Neptune. I can’t see myself going anywhere else. 1,000,000/10 ⭐

This was my first time at Lady Neptune and Al did an incredible job! She was absolutely amazing, and gave my lifeless hair the TLC it desperately needed. I grew up with Androgenic Alopecia and struggled with volume because of hair thinning at the crown. But Al angled the cut perfectly to highlight the areas with more volume, and cover the areas with thinning. As a previously fussy client at other salons, I couldn’t be happier with the service at Lady Neptune!

I’ve been going to lady Neptune for almost 3 years now and have always had the best experiences! I’ve had haircuts done by both Pinky and Rebecca over the years and highly recommend both to anyone who will listen. The cuts are always amazing, the stylists are wonderful and sweet and the prices are great. Lady Neptune seems to have done an incredible job assembling a team of stylists, both Pinky and Rebecca are so talented and kind. I’ve always felt so listened to during my appointments when Im describing what I am looking to get done. And when I look around the room at other appointments, stylist and clients alike always seem be genuinely enjoying their time. Definitely give them a try if you are in the market for a cut!
