Just got a haircut from Linh and she was amazing. I haven't had a haircut in a while and she took care of me. Gave me tips on how to properly take care of my hair which i truly appreciate. Thanks for the boost of confidence Linh. See you next time 😊

I got my haircut with Hoang (Ben) and I’m very satisfied with the result. He has great skills, pays attention to detail, and really listens to what you want. He also gives helpful advice. The price is very reasonable.

My true and honest review I have never felt so insulted I went and asked for a balayage and as I was asking for it, the lady said that with my age, she didn’t recommend that that was below number one and then told her OK. How about I do one color how long will it take you? She said it would be quicker than what I was asking for I told her I really didn’t want to do that cause I didn’t wanna cover up the highlights that I have been paying so much to get she ended up convincing me to. It would be $195 compared to the high amount that she was charging me for the balayage I accepted. I went and sat down at the chair as I sat down. She handed me a tablet that asked for all my personal information. I was like what is this she said I’ll just fill it out so I can get my hair done and then called. My daughter asked her if she would do my hair and I walked out. With the first impression, the place is pretty nice. The lady that helped me was an older lady. My age had dyed hair hooker boots on itty-bitty clothes and I thought hey maybe she would be the perfect person but yeah no. She killed it at the beginning when she said women at my age I should be able to do any type of hairstyle and you being a hairstylist. You should agree because this is what you’re here for to make money. I keep the customer happy, not have a customer feeling That they are too old to get something. I would never come back to this place and I would not recommend anyone coming here unless you want to leave feeling crummy not the way one of my day to go.

It is not what I expected. (Warning: LONG REVIEW) Reading the reviews of previous customers made me try the salon because my hair needs some cutting plus it is very close to my neighborhood. But I hope they had a better customer service and performed customer's preference. My hair was very long and I wanted to have more define layers (butterfly + v cut) including trimming or 1 1/2 or 2 inches. While my hair was getting blowdried, my female hairstylist left me with a male hairstylist without any explanation or whatnot. I thought she was not feeling good but few minutes later, I saw work with another customer. THAT MADE ME VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The male hairstylist continued the service -!: tried to be accommodating but failed to understand the style I requestedp. The language barrier is significant but he didn't budge to make an effort to get a translator or use an app for better communication. My hair got fried a very hot hair iron and experienced peculiar cutting experience. The hair stylist didn't use any texturizing scissors, just a one unimpressive pro scissors . I was in shock but I kept my cool and put all my trust on him. After the whole thing, I paid with a tip and left disappointed. Meanwhile, I noticed that my hair has gotten more brittle with short frizzy cuts after showering (with hair mask deep conditioning, hair serum, blow dry) . Newly trimmed hair should make every individual better, but mine didn't. Maybe I should just plan for another haircut somewhere else. Also, maybe Linh's hair is only good with chemical services like what was stated by other customers. TL;DR my haircut was horrible and customer service is poor. I didn't get the haircut that I requested. To the staff: please be mindful of your customers request. Whether they can speak your language or not, whether you're working on a long service or just another haircut, please give your best service with care. For some people, hair is a very precious ornament/ part of their bodies.

This place did a really good job on dying hair. I got brown color and this is the first time I feel so satisfied with it. My friend got a balayage and it turns out really beautiful 🤩 However, for the perm I need to revisit to fix it. It costs me total of almost 450$ including tip, I think the price is a little bit high. Warning: (long story time/ review ) I went in there originally asking for blond highlights but the lady who i was talking to about what i wanted from the gecko said i wouldn’t be able to get blond highlights because of previous hair colors i had in my hair and for the blond highlights they would have to cut off half of my hair and said brown highlights would workout if i didn’t want to cut hair off. So i settled down and said yes to the brown highlights because i had been growing my hair out for 2+ years(it was finally reaching my waist) and i DIDNT want any of my length cut off, and i made it LOUD AND CLEAR to the lady. When they finally started to do my hair ANOTHER lady comes (whom i didnt say a word to) to work on my hair and the first thing she did was cut my hair right below my shoulder🤦🏾‍♀️. I looked at her so fast then to the lady who i was talking to at first about what i wanted and she even said "she said no cut hair", then they hit me with the "now we can do blond highlights" fyi my hair color DID NOT come out how i asked for, it has a little tint of orange, just look at the picture im VERY disappointed i paid $200+ to not even get what i asked for.

My Stylis , Rung, did a really great job. She has good attention to detail and made sure both sides were even. The haircut was quick but never felt rushed. I felt listened to as well She got me shampooed and worked with me to really understand what I was looking for. The end results turned out even better than what I expected.  It was a bit warm that day so she made sure to go quickly so that I didn't overheat, which was very considerate! She styled it at the end and it turned out great! I was very happy with my cut and the price was so affordable! $36 for a women's haircut and charge my boyfriend $ 22  not including the tip. You cannot beat that price! I will definitely be coming back for my next haircut. Thank you so much.
