I LOVE Hank so much! I feel like I have made a great friend here in Seattle. He was so fun to talk to and did a great job on my Asian hair! I went for a shorter cut than I am used to and he made it look so good!! I no longer have to drive all the way to Bellevue or Renton for an Asian hairstylist because we have such a gem here in Seattle. He was available same day and you can text him for a fast response! His shampoo and serum smells wonderful as well. Great person!

I had a mixed experience with the no bleach highlights w foil on my very dark brown, not quite black hair. The first time I went, I thought my highlights looked great (although my hair had a noticeable texture change and was VERY dry after the treatment). A year later, I wanted to do the new growth. The ends were looking great. But after this treatment which involved a gloss that was supposed to be beneficial (I didn’t request it but I did agree to it), all my hair just turned medium brown-the highlights were all gone and it was 1-dimensional. I don’t know what went wrong. I mentioned this but it was never corrected.

Hank never fails to create not only beautiful colors but make my hair feel absolutely silky smooth. I have Asian hair and it’s so extremely difficult to color. But he can always get my hair to the exact color I am looking for. Whether it’s natural or some kind of bright vibrant color he can do it! And no matter how my hair is, if it’s dry, broken, frizzy, dead. He can bring it back to life and make it look and feel like I’m red carpet ready. Even if you’ve colored your hair prior and need it fixed, he can do that. There is nothing he can’t do. You will be in awe when you leave his location. I have seen Hank many times and always LOVE my hair every time I leave his location. No other hairstylist can do better.

I’m always a big supporter of small business owners and when I saw that Hank specializes in Asian hair and that he was in my area, I had to give him a try. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail throughout our appointment. Hank does a great job at making you feel comfortable and with the stress ya girl’s been feeling about current events, he literally took weight off my shoulders! Highly recommend him ♥️

It took way too long for me to find the best stylist Mr. Hank! From the CLEAN and odor free environment , low toxic products used, to the way Hank listens and executes the cut and style I am beyond AMAZED! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair and I just got it done today. I can’t wait to see what else Hank can do with my hair and I have no doubt whatever direction we go it will be fabulous!

Hank is a true professional and has a lot of experience. I love the way he styles my hair, and he always has great product recommendations. His studio is really quaint, and although it’s small it has really high ceilings and tons of natural light with a great view. Hank has such great personal style, so I always trust his judgment when it comes to my hair. Thanks Hank!

First Hank is a kind and wonderful person and he I s extremely talented!!! Sweet private studio, fantastic products and did a superb cut with my long thick blond hair, adding in some long layers. Thank you, Hank. Can’t wait to return.
