Maria is great! I've been going to her for 15 or 16 years. She gives me great haircuts, and I have curly hair, so not everyone is so skilled at that, but she truly is. Maria was recommended to me by a friend when I was in need of someone to help me grow out an undercut I had for the summer. I was expecting just something I could live with as it grew out, but she made the cut actually look flattering on me and I was really impressed with her precision on a short haircut since I have extremely thick, wavy hair. Both cut and color (highlights/lowlights/toning) have been consistently fantastic every time I see her. Maria's suggestions and advice for cut, color and care are honest and I trust her implicitly. When you see someone who looks hot in bangs and you impulsively want them yourself, she will gently remind you how much you hated them the last time and I love that about her! I love that she puts a lot of effort into choosing products that are vegan, sustainable and high quality, and that she is always keeping up to date on trends and educating herself. Her space is super cute and very clean. I appreciate that she is happy to accommodate for client quirks and doesn't judge. I'm so grateful to have found Maria, and consider her a friend. Maria has been coloring and cutting my hair since 2016. I would follow her to the arctic if I had to. Every singled time I go, my hair looks wonderful for months. I think what separates her from other hair stylists is that she continues to attend educational courses on different kinds of hair, styling, etc, so she's constantly up-to-date.
