Wonderful place to get your hair braided ! I went to get boxed braids.I would like to thank the stylist Mari not just for some awesome braids but for making it a enjoyable appointment .I was very satisfied with the service provided. I would recommend this salon to any of my friends/family. The stylist is very professional, knowledgeable & highly skilled. This salon has a very comfortable setting & the stylists go above & beyond to make your time there a great one. THANK YOU !!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for 4 simple braids for my husband. She said she could do 4:30, then called me back 2 minutes later moving it to 5:30. I understood, and said that was fine I would see her at 5:30. I show up to the salon on time, where I see lights on with an open sign. I called to see when she would arrive and told her I was waiting outside, I waited 20 minutes and sent her a text. Only to notice that she blocked my phone number. I sent a text through my husbands phone and it delivered right away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If she was unavailable she could have said so instead of wasting my time and having me drive there to wait for 30 minutes of nothing. Not how you should run a business, especially with your first time clients. First and LAST time I’ll ever book here. Shame…

. For my first time coming to this Salon on 08/11/2022 my appointment was at 1:00pm . I reached their at 12:48pm the salon was lock no one was there. I called the number that was on the door, she answered , I told her I was outside and I’m the lady that has the appointment at 1:00pm . She responded back by saying "it’s not 1:00pm yet and I will be there" " I said okay " it was now 1:15pm she still didn’t come. I’m waiting outside the salon in the hot heat. I called her back, she had her phone turned off. I had my daughter to call as well she didn’t answer . She never came . it was now 1:30pm. I left and went to the beauty salon down the block and got my hair done . The owner at Mirror Mirror should had just told me she couldn’t make it again .

Marilyn is exellent she did an amazing job on my dreadlock extensions. She even made a special trip in because the first time I was there I ran out of hair, she also did my daughters braids and they came out amazing. She is such a nice person friendly and professional. I will definitely go back.

I did come to you, and you told me the appointment was at 12 noon that Sunday. I stand outside in the rain with my daughter for almost a hour. I called and I texted, but you never showed for the appointment. I stopped by later on that month and your response was, "you were going through some stuff" I then told you I still wanted her hair done, you gave me a card and told me to make another appointment. You never answered any of my call after that. I wrote the reveiw because you did not show any form of courtesy or professionalism. You could have simply said I can't. My daughter had an event to go to, and I told you I knew no one who could. The fact that you disappointed her and I let it go and came back to make another appointment and you acted like you understood and would do her hair for Senior night. Then don't answer your phone. That is just wrong. Do you remember me now.

Friendly, respectful atmosphere, the salon is managed by a very courteous bilingual lady. Mari is very gentle with children when she cuts & braids their hair. Children even hug her 😊 I give this business 5 ⭐️ for over all service. Mirror Mirror also do eyebrow waxing, braids, blow outs, cuts, hair color & more. I just myself found out of some of these services. The place is small so unless your looking for it, you might miss it. Parking across the street at Gerritty’s is convenient. I get my hair done, then go to Gerrittys to show off my hair 🥰 Go & see for yourself.

Called in to get my hair styled. Lady said no problem, to send pics of my hair. Afterwards, she never called back or answered call back. A simple no, that the style can’t be done would have been more professional
