Walked in feeling like I just needed a quick trim, walked out looking sharper than I have in years—and genuinely impressed. The staff here are absolute pros. They actually listen when you explain what you want (and what you don’t want), then back it up with real knowledge about hair types, face shapes, and how different cuts will grow out. No cookie-cutter approach. My stylist took the time to talk through options, gave honest advice on products that actually work for my hair, and executed a perfect fade + texture cut that feels tailored just for me. The whole vibe is welcoming and unpretentious—great for guys who don’t want a super fussy salon experience but still appreciate skill and attention to detail. Oh my gosh I found the most amazing hair dresser I had a hair crisis. I got a terrible hair job and he did the most amazing corrective color. My hair is fuller and the look I never thought I could achieve and dreamed of this man is amazing. His name is Bissam! I got celebrity hair. He did such an amazing job. You will see the pictures and it will blow your mind book with him. I'm so obsessed.

Amazing stylist! I started coming to Allis at Ramon and Bacaui because I saw the balayage and highlights she had done for my good friend. I have a lot of hair to work with and Allis took the time to make sure I liked the end result. I have gotten countless compliments on my hair and she does exactly what I’m looking for. I had grow out from my previous color and she toned it and then add the perfect touch of blonde to make it shine! She’s not just great at color she also does a great job at layers and cut. I’ve always felt stress going to get my hair done, but Allis makes me feel comfortable and I know I’m leaving my hair to trusted hands. Fernanda’s talent is unlike anyone I’ve ever known. I’ve been going to her for years and she never cease’s to amaze me! As soon as I let her have control of my hair I am NEVER disappointed. She put’s her all into every strand, gives the best scalp massages, and is genuinely one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She always has a beautiful, energetic smile when you walk through the front door at Ramon’s and she’s always down to help me with advice on how to style my hair and teaching me the tips and tricks I need to know. She also understands my hair texture and what products I need for the smoothest appearance. She’s practically a wizard! You will not be disappointed if you choose her for your new summer balayage/highlights/ombré/or re-growth.
