She was very professional and respectful of my time. She got me in and out and was prompt for our appointment. My hair looked amazing and she is reasonably priced. I have no complaints and have already referred my people to her

She does phenomenal work with braids! It would nice if she could keep her appointments and not make me wait over half hour sometimes one hour from the time my appointment was made for. Regardless I would still recommend this place. Her hair braiding skills are amazing.

Please do not book with this place. Khady is very unprofessional. Within the 3 times i’ve book with her she’s been over 30 minutes late. Also NEVER compensated me for it. My final straw was when I came on time to my appointment(4:30pm). She told me she could do 8 or 9pm, reassuring me that she was gonna be able to do my hair on that day. It gets around 10pm and she completely stopped answering my messages basically ghosting me. While she caught a flight to Jamaica the day she was supposed to do my hair. Then told me the next morning after ghosting me she was going to "help me find a stylist and double my deposit" but never did either of those things. save your money.

We love Yacine! My daughter feels "as pretty as a princess" every time we leave an appointment. We’ve loved every style and I LOVE the price!! Definitely recommend!

Drove to the shop for an appointment at 1:30. Called the salon and informed them I was going to be 10 minutes behind to ask if it was still ok if I came in, the woman on the phone assured me it was ok to still come in. I go in at 1:40 and was asked to come back at 4:00 due to the fact that they were extremely behind schedule. I will not be booking again for the simple fact that could have been discussed over the phone vs having me come in right after we just spoke. I wasted 40 minutes of my spare time wasted.

She took me over a hour late. Did not apologize. People were in there with out masks on. This This was before the vaccine. Do not try to discredit me for your tardiness and unprofessionalism. You schedule people on top of each other eventhough people have appointments weeks in advance. Take some responsibility. Don't attack the customer and accuse them of being dishonest.
