HADDY AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING

I used to frequent this shop every time I needed my hair done. Haddy knew me by first name. I left the area for three years and came back to the shop I thought was good. I explained to Haddy over and over what I wanted done even showed her a picture. I asked for her daughter to do my hair. Haddy gave me one price at first. A few days before my appointment she jacks up the price acting as if she did not know what I was getting. She thinks she is better than the salon in Harlem and she is not. I told her I will buy my own human hair for my braids as she was trying to charge me $100 for a bundle of hair. She then called me back and said she will provide the hair for me for $280 because I would not get no human hair in time. After getting my hair done I called and explained to her about my hair falling out. She was very rude, threatened me and very unprofessional. I been getting my hair done in the same style for three years and done in someone house. Compare before just going here. Knotless braids are not $300-$350. Haddy is ripping yall off and I’m here to let you know. They have better service and stylist in the capital region. Go here if you don’t care about the quality of your hair. I’m from Queens and nobody I know from Queens that gets they hair done in the capital region by Haddy. I was always told if the stylist hair is tacky work is just about the same. Haddy always have a tacky wig on and daughter hair is nappy and never done.

I have been coming to Ms Haddy for 3 years now. Nothing beats how great I look one Ms Haddy gets to my hair. And nothing beats the best and solid advice that you will get during your appointment. I have always been satisfied. She is fair, pricing is fair. And the best thing is she will tell you truthfully if your hair is not up to part for certain hairstyles. Not only does this protect your hair and keep it healthy in the long run, and she will help you find something that works without having damage to your hair. Not all places will do this, they’ll only see you as money, and on top of that do damage to your hair. MS HADDY IS ALSO FAST WITH THE BRAIDS. ❤️

Miss haddy and binta got the best braiding salon in the whole Schenectady everything there is giving. They are so kind and respectful They literally take good care of there clients I wish you all got your braid from them.

When a salon makes you feel like family it is worth every penny. I have been here on and off for over 10 years. She’s from NYC so she understands hair. Thanks for being you Haddy!
