Jose did a fantastic job on my updo! I was in town for a friend's wedding and in need of an updo but hesitant to go to a salon I had never been before. Jose did an amazing job on my fine short hair updo which made me look like I had fuller longer hair. Thank you Jose and PH Salon for getting me in so quickly and making me feel beautiful!

I've lived in 4 different countries. I've gotten my hair cut from a lot of salons even the high end ones. I hit a goldmine with this place! Sara, did my hair & I fell in love with her & my hair. She's beautiful inside & out. She listens! Never once did she push any kind of products on me. She explains as to what she's going to do next. My second appointment was 8 months later & she remembered me! Who does that?! A person who cares & loves what she's doing! People, you'll not be disappointed. This is the place & the person to get your hair done from 🙂

My friend had a horrible terrible experience here with Ashley. She cried for 5 hours after. She asked for grey ombre and got warm toned blonde in her jet black hair. It’s four different colors, she looks like a tiger. She was so upset and without shame they charged her $240 for a hair color she did NOT want. And on top of it they told her that it did not work because of her hair!!!! This is a hair salon you must know how to treat all hair types (it shouldn’t have mattered that her hair had henna from 3 years ago, which she also cut off; not a good excuse for lack of skill). On top of all of that, she had the audacity to give my friend terrible attitude. I pray for the next person that walks through those doors. I do not recommend, I feel so bad for my friend.If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I usually only like my sister to cut my hair. She has been doing it since I was young. I needed a cut before I was going to make a trip to Cincinnati to see my sister so I thought I would try PH Salon since I had seen the place a few time while eating near by. Toni cut my hair perfect!! ✂ And the shampoo was amazing! I won't have to make special trips to Cincinnati for my hair. My only regret is that I didn't go to Toni sooner! 😊

I had a horrible experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in. My stylist booked two people at the same time (which obviously isn’t my fault). She made me feel like I was lying about my appointment time which we had discussed through text and was approved. I waited over an hour to then be told that my hair was hard as a brick infront of everyone. I also have alopecia and told my stylist ahead of time that I’m slightly uncomfortable. She literally told me that she talked smack about my alopecia when I had visited her the last time. She also had my side exposed for everyone to see while she talked to the whole room. There was another stylist there by the shampoo bowl literally putting on makeup and fixing her hair. Meanwhile I am standing waiting to use the bowl. I drove an hour to have such an embarrassing appointment. The atmosphere was not pleasant and I left really upset. Never again will I visit.

I get both hair and nails done by Heather every time and I am NEVER disappointed! She brings both unique style and skilled mastery to all the work that she does, along with her fun and confident personality! She truly is the best. I recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing service!!

This is a great salon. Most of the stylists have been here for several years. I started going here for CND Shellac manicures and quickly noticed the great haircuts going out of the place. Sara does my hair & nails now and she is great. There are several stylists including the owner and they all do a super job. The shop is also well-cleaned on a daily basis and everyone gets along so well. I really love this shop!
