This Ulta was so peaceful and clean. The staff were also super helpful to my girlfriend who was looking for her concealer shade. They checked the back and didn't have it, so called a nearby location and asked them to hold it for her!

10/10 experience at the Salon, Lux slayed my hair and really took her time and really knew what to do when I showed her my inspo pics! Was sitting next to a girl who got her hair done by the master stylist and she was not a fan because she barley trimmed any off and her hair still felt heavy, I’ve had that experience before and it’s not fun! Lux definitely did not do that! 100% recommend her!

For the first time ever shopping here- I had a great experience! Becca is so knowledgeable, friendly, and articulate. If you don't know where to start or are a dedicated beauty person, ask for her by name. This location typically has ratchet customer service. Countless experiences where the employees don't understand customer service. Rarely have I been asked if I needed help, literally since this location opened. Today was vastly different. Not only does Becca have what it takes, Yulissa is the first sales associate to ever advise if I've forgotten my Ulta coupon to check my email or the web. Literally ever. Their manager(so sorry I can't remember her name) and these ladies are there Friday-Monday. I literally avoided this location over a year due to poor customer service. No greetings upon entry, no associate offer of help. One visit an employee was waxing another's face. They asked me to wait versus pausing the waxing. It is interesting that an employee would value a complimentary service to another employee over making a profit. I'm so glad today gave me hope for this location. Please Ulta! More like Becca, Yulissa and the amazing manager whose name I didn't catch. Give these ladies a raise and keep good employees, resulting in happy customers!

I would like to recognize Blanca and Shroom for there great team work at the Santa Rosa Ulta store. They both collaborated with me in finding the correct product to manage my daily skin care. Shroom was very transparent about her experience with what I was looking for. Shroom brought in Blanca who took the time to demonstrate and assist me in finding the correct solution/product line for my daily skin care. Thank you Blanca and Shroom EXCELLENT customer service!

I had a make up service on June 7th at this location for my son's wedding. The artist is Nanette. She is awesome and very experienced. We communicated a few minutes about what i like, and she delivered exactly what I had in mind. The makeup she applied is high end or quality brand and protect my skin. I made a last minutes appointment as my previous arrangement cancelled on me; so the finish time was very close to my event. Thank God Nantette did a great job and I walked in my wedding event without having to fix anything on my face. Thank you Nanette

Absolutely love the salon here, in major part to the hair services of Madeline G. who I followed from the Lytle's Beauty College. If you want true artistry on your hair she's the real deal, and getting to do a beauty supply haul after is the cherry on top!

With over 25,000 products to choose from multiple brands, my wife always finds what she wants here. Makeup, fragrances and skin care options with so many choices, can be tough to navigate, but my wife always receives a high level of customer service here. I have observed Ulta advisors go out of their way to get my wife exactly what she needs. Ulta also offers salon services and has a Codding Town location, besides the Santa Rosa Ave store.
