Ritual Salon + Style Bar

Layla (makeup) and Maggie (hair) were absolutely incredible for my wedding day makeup and hair! They were professional, organized, and so easy to work with. They were such a fun presence to have around on the big day. They truly listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. My makeup and hair felt like the best version of me. They made me feel so confident and amazing walking into the biggest day of my life! Everything held beautifully throughout the entire day and night (even after all the dancing), and I received so many compliments! Bridesmaids and both mother of the bride and groom were so happy with their styles as well! I’m beyond grateful for their talent and care, and I can’t recommend Layla and Maggie and Ritual Salons enough.

I am a Wedding Planner and often use ritual for bridal services, but I’ve actually been cutting my own hair for years with the occasional pop into a salon here and there. I tried to create a little bit of framing around my face and realized I’d gotten myself in too deep so I made a quick appointment at ritual with the first person that had availability, and that was Austin. Short story is I have the most fabulous haircut I’ve ever had. She did such a great job listening and it was just an awesome experience overall. She was just absolutely lovely to be with, rubbed the heck out of my head and neck during the shampooing, and I almost fell asleep, and really just gave me the best haircut. Thank you so much ritual and Austin!

I had the most amazing experience with Ritual Salon for my wedding hair and makeup. Both Haley, my makeup artist, and Lindsay, my hair stylist, were absolutely wonderful. My trial was so easy, fun, and stress-free—they truly listened to what I wanted and prioritized my comfort every step of the way. On the wedding day, I had a large group of 11 people needing hair and makeup services, and the Ritual Salon team handled it flawlessly. They were organized, on time, and made the entire morning run smoothly. Everyone was beyond happy with how their hair and makeup turned out, and I felt so confident and beautiful. I couldn’t recommend Ritual Salon enough for any bride or bridal party looking for a professional, talented, and caring team.

Michelle has been cutting and coloring and cutting my hair for 7 years. It has never looked better. Even with color treated hair it is super healthy. She’s extremely skilled in her trade and never tries to pressure or upsell you like other salons I’ve been to. She is extremely detailed oriented and realistic about pros and cons of each treatment and haircut style (e.g. talking me off a cliff from getting bangs because I realistically won’t style them daily). She also is conservative in not cutting too much off all at once and always checks in on how I feel about the length. 100/10 every time I visit her! In addition to working with Michelle, I also had Ritual Salon do hair for my wedding and bridal party! Great experience all around! Everyone was super happy with their hair. Shoutout Alicia for making everyone’s dreams come true!

I got a Shullet haircut by Matthew Benson. I was so tired of my hair constantly in my face. As you can see my curl pattern is different from the front to the back. Matthew blended the curls to become one instead of a shelf. Theses pictures are two weeks apart, notice the bottom curls are curlier from the first pic to the next because I am no longer putting my hair up. Thank you Matthew for helping me appreciate my hair verse always keeping it out up and of my face. This cut was a well worth it.

I had an amazing experience working with Ritual Salon for my wedding at Timber Cove Resort. As I am from out of town, we did my trial the night before at the salon and everyone was so sweet. I was so happy with how everything came out. They were on time and made slight improvements/tweaks the day off based on my pictures at the end of the night before. Lindsay gave me the best updo I've ever had that fit the exact look I was going for. Cheyenne did an AMAZING job on my make-up. I'm not a huge make-up girl but she was able to make me look glam without it feeling too heavy. As further proof, I got rained on a little bit during photos after the ceremony but my hair and make-up fared better than expected. I would 100% use them again if I am in the area.

Haley did my makeup along with some of my bridesmaids’, and she was incredible. She created a look that was elegant, natural, and exactly what I envisioned. We needed to make a few tweaks after my trial and she was able to adjust the style and did it perfectly. She also brought such great energy to the whole morning. On top of that, she handled makeup for my bridesmaids and the moms like a total pro. She kept things light, fun, and made everyone feel gorgeous and relaxed. Lex styled my bridesmaids’ hair and also did a phenomenal job. Each style was tailored to the individual and held up beautifully throughout the day and night. And a huge thank you to Delanie, who was amazing to work with for all of the scheduling. She was responsive, organized, and made the entire coordination process seamless and stress-free. The entire Ritual Salon team was punctual, kind, and incredibly skilled. They made the getting ready process smooth, fun, and memorable. I’m so grateful for their work and would recommend them to any bride looking for flawless wedding glam!
