I've had the best haircut in years thanks to Krystal and the rock-paper-scissors salon. She was very attentive and listen to exactly what I wanted from my haircut. I've hunted all over Santa Rosa and finally found the right person to style my hair. I have gotten so many compliments! Thanks so much Krystal!

My mom made an appointment and she showed up early just to be told that they wouldn't cut her hair. No reason was given to her. They just refused her service on the spot. Update: They knew the condition of her hair prior to the appointment and she worked to detangle parts of it before the appointment. No rescheduling was offered at the time of refusal. She is an older lady that needed help with her hair.

Holly is the best! She understands color soooo perfectly and really communicates all the options. She recently helped me change my hair color from blonde to this rich brown. Also the space is super cute and clean, parking is really easy and the prices seem very very fair. I've been going here for about a year and while I don't know the names of any of the other stylists you can tell they all really get along... The energy in the space is fun and easy going and it feels very relaxing to be there.

Had a great experience today with Bailey. She took time to understand the cut and shape I wanted (blunt bob with layers, low maintenance).
