My 12-yo daughter thinks she knows everything about hair and won't let me touch it. The last time we got her hair done, Juliana noticed that the hair is damaged. I talked to Juliana about having a general hair care appointment, where she could show my daughter what she should be doing. I booked that appointment, and Juliana was wonderful! Took my daughter through all the steps and products, and even gave us some products as well. Then, she did some wonderful braids! My daughter loves them and wants to keep them for the foreseeable future. Everyone agrees her hair looks great!

From the very first retwist appointment, Juliana's PATIENCE, professionalism, and attention to detail have been exceptional. I truly appreciate the care she puts into my locs. She's gentle with my tender head, and her vibe is so peaceful. She picked a style for my locs that I am currently in love with and have had on repeat for the past few sessions. I absolutely trust her with my hair. 10/10 would highly recommend 👌🏾

Third time my daughter had an appointment at this place. First time I took her and she was less than thrilled to provide services to us. She never had a problem before that my daughter was not quite 8 the times that my husband took her. All of a sudden she's concerned that my daughter with cry too much and it would be bothersome cause she's pregnant?!! Really? Forfeited my deposit and left pissed.

Got box braids done by Juliana twice and loved them so much each time! Shes friendly and does an amazing job! Each time i went she has made me feel very comfortable.

Juliana did not put in my box braids, but another woman working with her, did! I am very happy with the results. Juliana never disappointed me nor did this new woman (so sorry, I do not remember her name).
