She’s always incredibly helpful and genuinely takes the time to point me toward the right hair products for my specific needs—not just trying to sell whatever’s on the shelf. You can tell she actually knows her stuff and cares about her clients. On top of that, her haircuts are consistently top notch—clean, precise, and exactly what you ask for . Every visit feels professional, welcoming, and worth it. If you’re looking for great cuts and expert advice in one place, this is it. Highly recommend.

She is very committed to Aveda products, provides excellent services and years of experience. I have been a loyal customer ever since. I visited catus salon on 03/06/24, with the intentions of highlighting and cutting my newly grown hair (had chemo 2 years ago). BIG mistake. While the girl who did my hair Beverly (I think) was nice enough, I don't think she actually listened or cared what I wanted. One, I was never asked if the color she chose was what I wanted. My freshly bleached hair was never toned, and the color looks like a mistake made at home. My hair is dry and feels like straw with breakage. I've been crying my eyes out for 2 days. I paid over $300.00 for this mess. I was so traumatized when I left I didn't say a word. I should have, but again, I don't think I want them to touch my hair again. My cut is also not at all what I asked for, but I guess I can live with the bad cut after (I was bald for awhile after all). Please be aware that if you are not a regular if you have never been here do not trust them with major hair changes. I thought these are professionals. I thought I would come out with stunning hair, this is, after all, AVEDA. That was a big mistake on my part. Now I will spend even more money just to fix my hair to look decent for work 😔.

I was a new client today and Beverly gave me the best haircut I've ever had and I've had a lot of them. She was so kind to do a blow out even though I wasn't scheduled for it. The salon is beautiful, clean and quiet. I've tried many salons here in Santa Fe and I will be going to this place for cut AND color from now on. I also appreciate that they did NOT ask me to leave a review. These days we are all inundated with review requests and it's annoying. But when service is this good and I'm not pressed to - I am happy to leave a review!
