Zero stars. I hate leaving bad reviews so I tried to go in and talk to the manager instead and that just left me even more upset so I feel like people should know not to go here. This is the worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for her to keep it long, trim the layers and do shorter bangs and ended up with a very short bob cut with a very small amount of my hair long underneath and extremely uneven layers. The longest layer is only like 5% of my overall hair if even that and everything else cut super short. No layers in between. I can’t even put it up without it all falling out. The layers are a good 5 inches shorter on one side vs the other (even if I part it in the middle) and the small amount of long hair left is about twice as much hair on one side vs the other. I tried to give it a few days and style it different ways and just get used to it because I didn’t want to hurt the girls feelings but no matter what I do it doesn’t lay nice and looks aweful. I wanted it to be a little fixed before I leave for vacation but when I went in the owner just kept telling me this is normal with layers and it was fine. I’ve always gotten layers. This is not normal and the fact that the manager said it was normal let me know that she would not be any better or able to help me fix it. Most of my hair should have been left long with layers on top of that and even when you do layers they should be somewhat symmetrical. They also charged my credit card for the full amount after I paid cash which the owner was nice about and fixed after I called and let them know and was an honest mistake (hopefully) and shit happens so that’s not a big deal but just be careful and make sure they don’t charge you twice.First picture is if I pull everything to the front to show the long hair but if I don’t pull the back hair to the front it just looks like I have a bob. My hair is usually very very thick and there’s a ton of it so there’s no way this should have been a problem. Last 2 pictures are the picture I showed her for how I wanted my bangs and what my hair looked like when I went in. Overall a very disappointing experience and now will have to pay much more to go get it somewhat fixed and will probably just have to cut it short bc there’s no way to bring back my long thick hair that she already cut off that I was very clear on letting her know that I wanted to keep bc I had been growing it out after cutting it shorter awhile back an deciding I hate my hair short.

And when I first started coming here I had black and really damage hair it’s been a process but definitely worth it. I found this salon & has been the best. Jackie has giving me advice I ask for extensions and after 1 year of knowing me she said no because my hair has a lot of frizz and is a little curly and crazy and extensions have a lot of maintenance so she not only save my hair but also save me money that I could spend and regret it in a month or less so they actually take care of you because they care about their clients 10/10 such a clean place and peaceful environment very respectful girls and honest I have been coming here for 3 years. I love how the girls communicate with each other to give each other advice about the products and color they are using for their clients & is definitely worth it the price and time I spend. Jackie has been working with my hair during this 3 years I’m very thankful with her & her team 🩷

The entire process was professionally conducted and accompanied by great conversations, making it a truly enjoyable session. She did the job right and I can say I found someone I trusted. I had BOXED black hair dye and a blue money piece... I came in trying to achieve a complete 360 on my hair. Ale and Anna literally created the impossible and changed my look by a million. I went from said black to a caramel base with a blondish money piece WITHOUT completely ruining my hair!!!!

Have been seeing Ana for a while now and she always gives me the absolute best haircut! Couldn’t ask for anything better.

I totally recommend this place I got my hair dyed For the First Time by Jackie and she did such a GREAT job! 5 stars! Totally recommend!🫶✨️
