It was a pleasure to chat with her while getting my hair done, and her salon is cozy and comfortable. She definitely knows what she’s doing with hair, especially curly hair! I am visiting Santa Cruz from New Hampshire for the month of December. I desparately needed a haircut! I google researched the area and found this salon with glowing reviews so I reached out for an appointment. Michele returned my call and was able to give me a couple times and days to choose from. From the moment I first spoke with her I just had a really good feeling I would be in good hands. Something about the kindness in her voice. I LOVE my haircut. I finally feel someone really understood what I wanted and also knew what would be the right cut for my hair. She took the time with me to make sure she knew what I wanted. It was a really nice experience and I will definitely be returning for another haircut on my future visits to Santa Cruz. Highly recommend.

I came in needing a major hair intervention: a complex color correction to fix a previous disaster, and a significant cut correction. The level of skill and precision Michelle demonstrated was absolutely incredible. Not only did they perfectly neutralize the unwanted tones and achieve the exact color I wanted, but they also redeemed my disastrous cut, giving me a style that flatters my face perfectly. The fact that both major corrections were done simultaneously, and flawlessly, is a testament to their master-level expertise. Beyond the technical skill, the customer service was truly exceptional and personable. I felt completely listened to and cared for throughout the entire appointment.
