I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I paid $480 for a hair straightening treatment, expecting professional results—especially as I’ve been getting this same treatment in the UK for the past 15 years without any issues. Instead, my hair has been left severely damaged. The damage was so bad that I had to cut off four inches just to remove it. Even worse, the bottom section of my hair isn’t straight at all, which defeats the entire purpose of the treatment. I also made three separate attempts to contact the salon to give them an opportunity to address and fix the damage, but I received no response. Being ignored after such a costly and damaging service only adds to the disappointment. For a procedure at this price point, I expected skill, care, and accountability. Unfortunately, I got the opposite. This has been costly not just financially, but also in terms of hair health, a most definite DO NOT recommend. EDIT: After the business owner' response gaslighting my review - see confirmation of the appointment on the 23rd of November, billed at $400 + $80 tip (which I lived to regret!).

I also got a haircut here and asked the owner to choose a style that would suit my face. He created a beautiful Korean-style look, and I’m extremely happy with the result. The whole process was very professional and detailed, and the final style looks natural and easy to manage every day.I truly love how it turned out and would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a Korean-style haircut!

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years for both haircuts and color, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The quality of the haircut and service is consistently excellent. Although the owner doesn’t speak English fluently, his daughter is always there to help translate, so communication is never an issue. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciate the thoughtful touch of offering coffee and snacks while you wait. Truly a five-star experience every time!

I got my haircut and perm done at Rich K-hair Salon. It was my first time perm my hair in my life. The service is top-notch! Choi and his staff are so amazing, friendly, and accommodated me with all my needs. (While waiting for the perm, I watched the K-POP music video and ate a delicious tea and korean snacks.) On top of their great hospitality, Choi's work quality is 10/10! I am so in love with my haircut and perm! I definitely recommend this place!

店主夫妇和他们孩子都懂中文，他们孩子的中文更是超级好! The hair salon is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and has a great style. The owners, a lovely couple, are very friendly, adorable, and professional. They design hairstyles based on face shape and hair texture. Prior to haircutting, they provide a hair wash service, and during the haircut, they even offer complimentary beverages. What's even more impressive is that they have lived in China for many years and can understand Chinese. Their daughter is fluent in Chinese as if it were her native language. The experience was excellent, and I will definitely come again next time.

This hair salon is perfect. super super clean and new k- hair salon. My child got his haircut comfortably and looks nice. The hairdresser is so fast, and he has experienced it. They served drinks, and the service was so kind. We will go there again. Best salon👍

I've been a regular since 2 years ago. I have tried many Korean hair salons and I can say this was is far the best. Great hair for men for a reasonable price! Plus the owner and their family are friendly folks.
