My perm turned out exactly how I wanted, she took her time and made sure everything looked perfect. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for great service and genuine hospitality!

I got a cushion-setting perm back in October and I am beyond happy with the results. My hair is naturally very straight and flat, but Sue’s cushion-setting and iron root perm techniques gave me the "low-effort curly hair" look I wanted and added so much needed volume. I’ve had several digital perms at other salons in the past, but this was by far my favorite experience. Sue was incredibly kind and informative throughout the appointment, and she even offered snacks. She even gave me a full-size curl cream and a hair roller for free! I’m so so glad I found this place and I will definitely be coming again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Korean perm.

Got my perm and haircut last week. I've been meaning to write a review, as I am a returning customer for a few years now. My hair is naturally very curly so it has always been hard to manage. Getting perms weren't my favorite solution, as it is time consuming and expensive. When Sue first cut my hair, she was confident that she could help me with my concerns so I came back the next day for a perm. I was already satisfied by the results the first time, but she always seems to write down how my hair turns out and the quality of the perms have consistently gotten better. I'm not an expert when it comes to hair styling, but every time I come back I leave slightly more satisfied than the previous session.

I was blown away by my experience here! Sue is truly a master of her craft. She walked me through what would and wouldn’t work for my facial features and set clear, realistic expectations. This was my first perm with her, and the difference compared to my very first perm ever (which was in Japan) is unbelievable!! My curls look natural, healthy, and honestly even better than when I walked in. I’m definitely a loyal client now!

Loooove my hair! Sue is so sweet and happy I was very comfortable. She had yummy Korean snacks and hot tea for me while I got my hair done. I got my hair permed for the first time and loved the results. The salon was very nice and clean, I was very relaxed my whole time there. I 100% recommend coming here if you want a korean perm!
