Great Clips

If I could go lower, I would. The day before my birthday, I come in to get my haircut and the person cutting my hair literally didn't follow any of my history on my past haircuts. I didn't get the fade i wanted. She just went in with the scissors and just starting hacking away at the back area. Problems she had: 1. Didn't engage in conversation with me, making the haircut less enjoyable and interesting 2. Didn't give me a fade at all 3. Cut my sideburns way too high 4. Didn't ask if I wanted the back rounded or squared 5. Didn't even bother showing me the back of my hair I nearly had to celebrate my 21st birthday with a chopped haircut. Luckily, my brother (who is 19 years old) was able to fix the problem and give me what I wanted. That goes to show, if a 19 year old with no experience in a barbershop can do better than you guys, then it's time to step it up. I am certainly not coming back to any Great Clips nor would I ever go back to this location if you guys plan to be this dull about what you were trained to do.

I took my mom over there today 1/7/25 at around 5 pm, so she could have a nice haircut and it was the worst experience ever. First of all, the lady that was going to cut my moms hair (I don't know her name, (she had her natural blond hair up on a bun). left us waiting with no explanation and we were about to leave when she came back, starting cleaning and then called us. I showed her a picture of what we wanted and when I thought she was just starting, the cut was over. I was like, for real? She just CHOPPED my moms hair!!! gave explanations that just didn't make sense, I think that she just didn't know how to make the cut we asked for, or she was disrespectful and didn't care at all on messing with a ladys hair. It was an awful experience, I'm not a hair dresser, but I would've done a better job. We felt we were not treated with respect. She said she'll fix it, but I didn't want her to make her hair even shorter that would've been more difficult to fix for real. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I RECOMMEND YOU DON''T EITHER!. As a plus, she yelled at my son that he didn’t have to "play" on the chair and he was just trying to seat down on it. Who will now pay us back for the time we wasted over there? We felt humiliated by this lady. She should not be working on a hair salon. She doesn’t know her job. This is what we got, compared to what we asked for.

Tara gave me a great cut. My wife and I both look forward to visiting her. She is personable and professional and gave me a great tip for saving coupons.

Had such a horrible experience with the way I was treated by an older lady today. By the time she told me to "come back then" to get the cut… I was taking my business elsewhere. Her tone & facial expressions would have made anyone leave. If you don’t love your job, and dont want to respect other people then do something else.

Came here to get a haircut for my daughters and myself. Both hair stylists were rude and had no patience. One was also rude towards an old man that I witnessed and they didn't even do a good job. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed because we were definitely not coming back to this establishment

Had a bad haircut here with a grumpy stylist who didn't even ask if I liked it.. Just said ok here ya go. I'm quite sure she didn't know what I wanted even though I've gone to great clips for many years. I'll just not go here again

Terina was great!! Very quick service for a walk-in, really great suggestions, and all around amazing service. Will definitely be going back!
