I love my stylist! I have been going to Kassie Atwood for years. She was originally doing my hair at a salon in Tooele and when she moved to Amber René in Sandy I had to follow her. At the beginning of the appointment we always go over what I want and what the pricing will be. I have never been shocked about my end total because she has always been very upfront about cost. I have a sensitive scalp, and one of the things I love about Kassie is she is SO careful about what products she uses on me when she colors my hair and recommends. I always leave her chair loving my hair and feeling beautiful.

I had such a great experience at Amber Rene Salon. When I walked in I was greeted kindly by the woman at the front desk. My hair dresser, Jessi, promptly took me back to her chair. We talked about what I wanted and I showed her some inspo pics. I love my hair cut. My hair desperately needed a refresh. I left feeling great 💙

Lys is my hair gal! I needed an emergency color correction for my wedding and she dove in and saved the day. Not only that, we have cultivated a relationship outside of the chair and I find that when I reach out to her to ask about recommendations for hairstyles to try, she is helpful and honest about what is best for my hair. I love the environment of the salon - it’s clean, fresh and very positive vibes all around! You are more than just a customer at this salon. I also got my wedding nails done here with Audrey… such a unique and personalized experience! I love this salon and the genuine smiles everyone brings! 💇‍♀️🎀💅💜

This is the spot to go to be pampered and satisfied with the results. Taygan cut and styled my hair and she is a master! She is well known for short haircuts! You won’t be disappointed. Pleasant surroundings and pleasant staff. They even have a little boutique shop and a Massage Therapist.

Daniela is amazing and was able to make my hair feel and look great! Wanted to do something fun and she delivered!

Marissa does an amazing job on men’s haircuts. She truly knows how to blend it and make it look fresh without looking too short. She’s very professional and knows what she’s doing! Marissa is First Class all the way!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years and have always had a good experience, which is why I’m so upset to be writing this. I had an appointment yesterday with the same stylist I’ve used before. Last time, we went a bit shorter than I was used to, but I ended up loving it. I even brought a photo of that cut to show her what I wanted this time, making sure to explain that I didn’t want it to be too short again, just exactly the same to what I had walked out with last time. Unfortunately, the result this time was nothing like the photo. The stylist didn’t ask to look at the reference picture again or check in with me about the length before cutting, like she had done last time. Because I wear glasses and had to take them off during the cut, I couldn’t see what was happening until it was over. I nodded and said it looked good, but once I got home and really looked at it, I realized how much shorter it actually is. My usual styling products don’t work the same anymore, and I don’t feel like myself. The cut is different from what I asked for, and it’s left me feeling deeply upset and self-conscious. The first photo with longer hair is from the previous haircut with the same stylist (the exact day of the cut) and the second is what it looked like when I walked out yesterday. Idk what happened. Is this normal? Am I over reacting? I know it’s hair, and it’ll grow back.. but for now, I feel awful.
