I would give them even more stars if I could! The team did an amazing job with the kids' haircuts (all who was working). I feel so grateful for this place offering FREE haircuts for anyone from August 12-15; it truly makes a difference for those of us on a fixed income. Affording haircuts can be tough, so having this opportunity is a blessing. This place is the REAL MVP! The music vibes were fantastic, too. One of the owners' sons was incredible—he interacted wonderfully with the customers, managed the calls, switched up the music, and prepared hot towels. The way he spoke to everyone was so polite and uplifting; he genuinely brightened people's days! I really hope he will continue to follow in his dad footsteps!!! I really hope they continue offering back-to-school haircuts because families like ours on a fixed income or just struggling these days, really benefit from this. Thank you for your awesome service! Thank you!!! May god bless you guys all: Even if it weren't for the complimentary haircut, my son really enjoyed that place. He wants to keep coming here, and my 4-year-old daughter feels the same way.

highly recommend Shepherd Barbershop! Gus has been cutting my brother’s hair for over 2 years now and always does an amazing job. He really takes his time and makes sure the cut is perfect every visit. The whole shop has such a welcoming and kind atmosphere, and you can tell they care about their clients. It’s always clean and well-kept, which makes the experience even better. Definitely the best barbershop around!

We’ve been coming to Shepherd Barbershop for my kids haircuts since they opened and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Gustavo has been our go-to barber since before he opened up his shop and always does an amazing job. He’s super consistent, pays attention to detail, and makes sure you walk out looking sharp every time. The shop has great customer service—everyone is welcoming and professional. The other barbers are also really talented, so no matter who you see, you’re in good hands. Definitely recommend Shepherd Barbershop if you want quality haircuts and great service!

As a person with Long hair I came into this little barbershop to see if they could layer my hair to which my surprise they said they could. I was a little scared at first cuz who goes to a barbershop with long hair to get layers🤣 Great service, Clean place, Good Prices, and the guys are chill people. Most definitely will be coming back to get my hair re-layered and recommend to anyone local to come check this spot out.

I usually don’t like writing negative reviews, especially for new businesses, because I understand how important they are in the beginning. However, the haircut I received yesterday was disappointing. It looked more like something done by someone just starting out, rather than by someone with over two years of experience, which is what the barber told me. On the positive side, the shop was clean, the service was friendly, and the price was affordable. Unfortunately, the quality of the cut didn’t match the 5-star reviews the shop is currently averaging. I really wanted to have a good experience, but the haircut just didn’t do it for me.

Visiting from out of state and needed a barber for my son. Did a quick search, and "Shepherd" appeared to be highly rated. Low-key in a plaza behind Little Caesar’s Pizza is a modest shop with outstanding customer service. We were greeted the moment we walked in and despite all barber chairs being occupied by other customers, we didn’t have to wait long for a haircut. All the barbers were personable and Luis who cut my son’s hair, effortlessly conversed with my son and made him feel comfortable whilst in the chair. In addition to a great haircut, the overall vibe and experience was very hospitable. Well done gents! Our new go-to barbershop when visiting grandma and grandpa. Tip: For you old fashioned folks, get up to date with contactless/electronic app payments like Zelle.
