I had an incredible experience at Olivia Presley Salon. I highly recommend Meghann! I didn’t have a good experience at the previous salon I tried, they rushed and made me feel like an huge inconvenience. That was definitely not the case here. Meghann was so patient, kind, and truly invested in getting my cut right. She listened, asked thoughtful questions, and let me show her pictures so she could understand exactly what I wanted. The final touches she added at the end made such a difference and really brought my haircut to life. She helped me love my hair again. Laynie, the assistant, was also wonderful. She checked me in and out with such a warm, upbeat attitude and gave an amazing shampoo. Thank you to the entire Olivia Presley team. I’m so excited to go back. What a difference it makes when your hair is in the hands of people who genuinely care about their clients and love what they do. 💛

My haircut with Kady was exactly what I wanted. She listened to my request but also gave small tips to make it better. Booking my appointment online was easy and it was confirmed quickly. My only complaint is regarding trying to change my appointment. I called and left voicemail and no one ever returned my call. I was trying to move my appointment a week sooner so I was able to schedule two appointments online and then cancel the second appointment when I went in person to the first appointment. However, if there had been less time between the two appointments or if I had been trying to reschedule for a later date, I think would have been more frustrated.

Julie has been my stylist here for years, and I highly recommend her. Today, I am extremely pleased to compliment two employees, Laynie and Juliana, who went way over and above to help me. This unexpected help and kindness reflects on these ladies as well as the environment of the salon.

Julie did a great job on my hair. She asked questions and really listened when I was sharing about my hair. She's very friendly and I enjoyed the conversation. I'm definitely going back to see Julie!

Juliana at Olivia Presley Hair Salon is a miracle worker. She took my full-on Einstein hair and transformed it into a sleek, modern style with gorgeous color. I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. She truly has an eye for what works and delivers it with skill and kindness. Highly recommend!
