Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is the best! I was visiting from out of town and wanted to get a massage. I called Hand and Stone and Isabella was able to get me in for a same-day reservation, she was very helpful. I got a massage from Trevor which was top-notch. I got a deep tissue massage as my muscles were sore from all my workouts that previous week. He asked me my preference for firmness and made sure I was comfortable. He worked on my back and did some sports-recovery type of work and although it was intense in the moment, my muscle soreness went away. Thank you Trevor! The facility is excellent and very clean. The team is friendly and the services are really great. Pricing was affordable especially if you don’t want to go to a luxury hotel spa and spend $$$$.

Today I had my very first facial done by Isabella and I felt very pampered throughout the whole process. Isabella is very professional and knows her stuff. I walked out of there feeling so cleansed and moisturized. She took care of my problem areas and explain the whole process to me. I definitely recommend her to everyone that wants to feel pampered yet have a person that is passionate about their expertise. A great big thank you Isabella

I’ve had 13 back surgeries. I have suffered with pain most my life because of severe scoliosis. My orthopedic surgeon recommended I get therapeutic massages. I saw Erin and afterwards I felt like a completely different person. I seriously left there with no pain or discomfort. Honestly the best money I’ve ever spent!!!

I called on 10/30/25 to book an appointment for a couples massage for one hour on 11/02. When I got to my appointment reception mentioned my appointment was only booked for one person and not two. They had no availability that day and I needed to reschedule. Receptionist also mentioned a manager would call me on Monday 11/03/25 to assist for the inconvenience; however, no one reached out. Very unprofessional, their actions show they do not care for their clients or their mistakes. I attached a screenshot of my confirmation email but yet I was booked for only one person.

I was in town visiting friends and thought I would treat myself. I was lucky they were able to get me in at noon. From the lovely lady behind the phone call to walking out the door I felt genuinely cared about. I spent my first part relaxing & warming up in the infrared sauna before my therapist Amber took me to her treatment room. The music was relaxing and the Spa was calming & clean. The best part was Amber, she has healing hands! We discussed my needs before she started and she touched everything and focused on areas I didn't event stress about that I absolutely needed... thank you for giving me a wonderful experience, I appreciate you.

Chelsea was amazing! I’ve probably had 100 massages in my life and that was a top one! Her flow was great and she had great firm pressure.

We were very happy with the skill and attention to detail during my husband’s massage appointment with Pritti. She is very knowledgeable, especially regarding specialized techniques for medical massage. My husband had severe eye pain from long hours working as an accountant. He was relieved that Pritti was able to address and resolve this issue for him. Based on his symptoms, she also recommended a sports/deep tissue massage which proved very effective in addressing my husband’s back & shoulder pain. Pritti’s professional bedside manner and thoughtful approach allowed him to relax and get the most benefit out of his treatment. It was my husband’s first time ever getting a massage and he felt completely comfortable the whole time. 10 out of 10 stars, we will definitely rebook with Pritti the next time my husband needs some TLC.
