There’s nobody else I trust more than Helen when it comes to eyebrow threading. She’s kind, quick and efficient. I’ve experienced issues at other places when I request to leave my brows as thick as possible and to target stray hairs, but that has never been an issue at this place. When you make a request to Helen, she does her best to honor it. I’ve also brought friends here and they’ve had a great experience too. Pricing is also very fair and lower compared to other places that tend to up charge for the same services.

Helen is super sweet and professional! <3 My partner and I have come to Helen for haircuts a couple of times now (I usually get long layers with face-framing pieces and my partner has gotten his hair buzzed, bleached, and trimmed on separate occasions) and Helen can do it all! She does dry cuts, which I prefer with my semi-wavy hair, and she’ll always check in with how I’m liking it throughout. I’m always super happy with my haircuts, and they’re such a great and affordable price too!

Went to her for eyebrow threading and she shaped them perfect without any pain at all. She communicated clearly and asked me about my preferences for shape. Her prices are very fair, Paid $15 for eyebrows. Besides my personal experience, she was understanding to other customers too which was a reflection of a kind gesture to them. The customer didn’t know that she only accepts cash. After the haircut was done, the lady realised that she doesn’t have cash. Helen let her go and get cash from the bank asking them to be calm and drive safe and that it’s all good. Shows her trust in them while letting them go after the service was done.

She's so experienced, yet super reasonable price. Since it's just dry hair cut, she use hair iron to straighten my hair before cutting, and it jsut takes 30 minutes. It costs me literally $25 including city tax. 🤯 I definitely will come back here.

I have had my hair straightened since 2014. Since moving to SF, I was struggling to find somewhere to permanently straighten (Japanese straighten) my roots since so many places seemed to have such mixed reviews or were insanely out of my price range (5x more than what I use to pay back home!). I had about 7 months of regrowth. HK Mona did an amazing job for a reasonable price. My hair is healthy and easy to manage again. Thank you! ♥️

I got a good haircut for $25 plus tip. She looked at the inspo pics multiple times and asked questions to make sure I was happy with the process. Highly recommend.
