Was interested in booking. Called and asked "how's it going" twice and was hung up on. The intention was to have a chat and see if they would be a good match. I understand businesses may not want to waste time over the phone, but I don't want to book with someone unfriendly.

I am absolutely in love with my cut and color!! I was holding out for as long as I could, I am here for 8 mos for work, and I needed a cut!! A friend saw an old pic of me and said I should go back to dark. So glad I called Jim and got an appointment!! Just so ecstatic!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful!! If you need some "hair therapy" this is the place to head!!!

I only trust James with my hair! I've been going here for many years and James is an expert with cutting, highlights and color. He has evolved my hair through many permutations and I still get compliments all of the time because of his genius.

I live in Hillcrest and have been coming here the last few years. I love supporting a family-owned business. The owners are so friendly and accommodating and they do a great job. Would recommend this hair salon to anyone!

James cuts guys hair too and he is amazing, so is his very attentive staff. He sells great products that are genuine.

Extremely overpriced, owners were both terribly arrogant, so many better options within 2 block radius.
