He took the time to understand my hair quality, skin color, daily style, and even considered my working environment before recommending the perfect color combination. I came across this salon through a socail media post and decided to check it out online. After reading consistently excellent reviews, I booked a last-minute appointment at the Highlands location with Jessica for a keratin treatment and haircut. Jessica did an outstanding job. She was attentive and knowledgeable, and she took the extra time to lower the temperature in certain section’s to protect my bleached highlights, which I truly appreciated. I was so happy with the results that I immediately booked my next two appointments. Highly recommend.

I think this salon is pretty good for the most part, they are very hospitable, but ultimately I don't think they have a lot of experience with ethnic hair that isn't Asian. I also think there is a language barrier between some of the hair stylists and instead of taking the time to really try to understand what's going on they just keep going. I walked in asking for a butterfly haircut with a picture and scheduled with a stylist that had multiple reviews of him doing this type of haircut. What I didn't expect was for My hair to be damaged because they did not put heat protectant on it, my hair to be trimmed unevenly instead of actually cut in layers like the haircut looks like, and for me to be ignored when I told him to stop trying to straighten my hair and just blow it out with a larger brush. Since my hair is wavy and curly he asked me multiple times if I had permed my hair, which was really insulting, and I multiple times told him no. This is my natural hair. I'm Mediterranean. It felt like when I did try to explain the parts of my hair I was unsatisfied with that he ignored me and looked to the stylus to his left to try and help translate when the stylist his left did translate something he just kept doing the same thing. He kept straightening my hair and then trying to cut it at the ends while it was extremely burnt out from blow drying and straightening. In the end my hair did not look anything like the picture, he cut my bangs and then he trimmed around my head for about an hour while at the same time really trying to force my hair to be straight. I really applaud him for trying, and I believe that he probably is a very good hair stylist for a specific type of clientele. But I do think the level I was ignored and the obvious inexperience with working with hair that isn't straight is not something that makes a very good experience overall at your salon.

I’ve gone to Leo twice now for bleach and dye, and he absolutely nailed the color both times! He really listens to what I want, and the results are exactly how I pictured them. Got my hair done by Andy. Communicated all of my needs while stressing about my bad experience I had with a different salon I went to prior. He made sure my requirements were met while also provided his professional opinions on what is best for my hair. He bleached and dyed my hair wonderfully. Very professional place.

I go to this salon almost once a week for Blow dry. I love their work and staff. My stylist is Jessica and she is great, I strongly advice her.
