I went last Friday for a root touch up and highlights. I wanted to keep a similar tone of hair I already had (like a honey light brown), but fix my dark roots and tone a certain small area of my hair that I will admit was too brassy. I was in a rush so I didn’t look closely at my hair, assuming it would all be good. Later when I got home, I realized the color was completely wrong, and so many dark roots were left. I had asked for a golden light brown, but in reality my hair was very ashy and cool toned. I called during the weekend and was told I would have to come in for a refund in person. I came in today and it was the worse experience ever. I calmly explained what I didn’t like about my hair, for them to completely invalidate what I was trying to say. Hanh the hairstylist was speaking to me in a condescending tone, and was being flat out rude when I explained to her. She was examining my hair harshly and insisting she did exactly what I had asked for. When I told her she left my roots really dark, she completely denied it, when you clearly see the dark roots in the photos. Another coworker came over to speak to me and examine my hair, and she was very rude as well. She claimed my hair was super similar to the photo, and even asked where were the "dark roots" I was referring too. I thought the hair was nice, but once again it’s not what I had asked for. They both refused to admit this, and it was the most unwelcoming experience ever. They offered to tone it but that it would not fix my dark roots (which they left), nor would it achieve what I wanted. Which was contradicting, since they claimed my hair was similar to what I asked for. I was then told they "don’t do refunds" despite me being told to come in for a refund on the phone. I have attached pictures of my hair (both in natural lighting and indoors) along with the reference picture i showed them on friday and today. The dark roots are extremely visible and look grown out, as well as of course the hair color not being the same.

I showed up here just randomly looking for a trim. They were quite obviously busy, but one kind lady (in the middle of working) greeted me and literally checked me in as she was working with someone. Wow, that’s already wonderful service, and she was so sweet to everyone in this moment some would find stressful. Within minutes this awesome young lady (forgive me I THINK it was "Chloe") brought me back to her station. I was kinda nervous about explaining the MESS of long hair I had and why, and wasn’t 100% sure what I was even asking her to do lol. She made it so easy, a few simple questions and she gave me exactly what I had pictured. Easy person to talk to. Chloe took me from, an 80s Tommy Lee haircut, to a 90s Gavin Rossdale look!!! Well done done young lady, I dig it, and I’ll be back JUST to see Chloe.

I've been going here for a couple years and am always happy with the result. When I originally started going, I had hair that was severely damaged from a botched bleaching at another salon. Seng has helped me get my hair back in shape, and even back to a lovely pink shade once it was healthy again. I really trust my stylist and would recommend her to anyone. I always feel welcome and comfortable here, and head out feeling renewed.

I have been coming to this place for many years now even when I have lived in LA and I have settled in to always go with SENG G the beautiful hair stylist next to the front desk. She is very nice, and just gets the look and the color of the hair you want. Even my sister goes to the location and had her too ! (: such an amazing place

I had the absolute best experience with Chloe! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me a haircut that turned out even better than I imagined. She’s so detail-oriented, professional, and made me feel totally comfortable the whole time. I walked out feeling confident and obsessed with my new look—already getting so many compliments! Charity has cut my hair for over 5 years. She's always consistent with and amazing cut. Exactly what I ask for EVERY SINGLE TIME. Great personality and fun to visit every time.
