I have gotten haircut from Joyce twice and happy both times. First time was a long hairstyle, and the second was a short hairstyle. She is kind. She listens. She provides the most comfortable head massage. Will recommend Joyce!

Currently called DJ22 design shop and becomes a absolutely disaster. Have been going there for past 5 years and after shop name change they start to force you have membership with at least $100 deposit. When my favorite barber left and I want to refund rest in my account. The owner basically threat to kill me with the local "gangster" he knows 🤷. Also they won’t refund anything left in your account since they will comes up a random calculation and tell you nothing left. I guess the business schema now is force to put money in your membership and not refund when giving pretty bad service. Miss the old Joyce design shop.

I just had a hair cut today at Joyce Hair Design. She did a great job. She has been the most precautionary person I have seen during the pandemic. I feel very comfortable and worry less of getting the virus. Her place is very clean and her service is the best I ever have. Recommend to everyone.

I came there for a perm and the stylist said he would have to trim a little so the curls would blend but he ended up cutting and thinning way too much hair. When I asked him he said I had too much hair and needed to thin it down a little but will keep my length. He did not thin it down "a little" my ends looked super sparse and basically looked like a rat tail. I ended up asking my mom to cut my hair to shoulder length (my hair used to be by the rib) because I hated it so much. Two stars because the perm looked fine and receptionist lady was nice.

Joyce, the hair stylist, is very thorough when it comes to picking out the correct hair style for a person. She always consults with the customer and confirms the style type before going to work. She is also very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. If you go to her, you can let all your worries go and put your trust in her.

I got hair cut two weeks ago. Very bad experience and service. The price is not listed at front. Even you asked the price, you may get different price at the end. You don't know what is included, and what is not. They ask you wash the head which is $10 more. However, you don't know it till the end. The tower to dry your hair is not totally dry, which make me feel bad.
