Today was my first appointment ever and I LOVE MY RESULTS! I just trimmed my hair recently (it’s shoulder length) and I was tired of having dark hair. I booked an appointment hoping Cheng could make my hair brown and do a treatment after. First of all, Cheng is so kind. It was a bit of a challenge communicating through Google Translate but it was worth it. He was so patient and communicative. I knew exactly how much I was going to pay before we started the appointment. Throughout the appointment, I could tell he was paying attention, making sure my hair looked even, etc. He is also an incredible multitasker! While waiting for my hair color to develop, he would cut someone else’s hair. It was impressive! The color came out even better than I expected! My main worry when trusting someone with my hair is the damage, but the quality of my hair still feels amazing (much thanks to the milbon treatment paired with Cheng’s expertise). I felt really comfortable and cared for. I had such a good experience that it made me want to learn a little bit of Mandarin to try to communicate better next time 🥹🩷 I will be back! Thank you!

I have been going to Cheng at K Ma Salon for haircuts and color and he always does a spectacular job!! He is very detailed, professional, and attentive to requests. It’s helpful to bring photos to show them the hairstyle you’d like. When I brought my mom for an appointment, he even noticed my hair dye had faded from my week ago appointment and kindly colored my hair again for free. Will definitely keep coming back and recommending to friends and family.

Cheng is good patient and listened to what i wanted. Gave me a short haircut and I loved it. Exactly what I wanted. Towels are clean. Recommend over other places I have been touch as Japanese/ Korean haircuts ( usually they don’t listen or not pay as much attention like what change did.) also fair price not expensive.

I came in for hair coloring and couldn’t be happier with the results! The service was professional, attentive, and friendly from start to finish. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave thoughtful recommendations that suited my look perfectly. The color came out vibrant, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for—better than I imagined! The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. I highly recommend this place for any girl who loves a perfect haircut, especially with Cheng. He is absolutely incredible! Cheng took his time, perfected my haircut, and knew exactly what worked best for my face frame. The result is the best haircut I have gotten in years! Баярлалаа! (Thank you!) You may need to use Google Translate or a picture since there is a small language barrier, but we used it without any trouble. 5 out of 5 stars—you won't regret booking with him.

No frills, no product, no communication and the absolute worst service. Cut and color $210. Mind you they use no products in hair, do not style/blow dry. I also noted they have no name brand products anywhere. When asked what brand of Color they used, they would not say. Tools are not cleaned between clients and salón in general is dirty. They eat at their stations and smoke right outside of salón with the smoke wafting in. Asked for long layers showed photo and Tom said yes he could do with the photos. I told him I was not happy with outcome and he made 0 attempts to fix. I wanted to pay cash but was informed they could not provide receipt. Then charged 3% for credit card fee. Left with flat hair and extremely unhappy .
