Absolutely 5 stars for this amazing salon! From start to finish, our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Booking online was a breeze—super straightforward and convenient, especially with our busy schedule. I appreciated how easy it was to find a time that worked for us, and they were very flexible when we needed to make a small change. The entire team was so warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made both me and my daughter feel completely at ease. The space is clean, comfortable, and has a fun, creative vibe. You can tell they care deeply about their clients and their craft. What truly stood out was how patient and thoughtful they were with my daughter. She has an extremely sensitive scalp and is very particular about her hair. Finding someone who can meet her high expectations *and* be gentle is no small feat—but they absolutely nailed it. The stylist listened to what she wanted, took her time, and delivered a style my daughter genuinely loved. That never happens on the first try—and she left smiling and excited to come back! They were also super creative with their recommendations for both of us. I loved how they suggested ideas that suited our personalities while still respecting what we asked for. You don’t always find that balance between expertise and really listening to the client. If you're looking for a salon that is kind, creative, flexible, and truly skilled—this is it. Whether you're booking for yourself or your kiddo, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

6 months ago I got my hair done here and it was absolutely awful. I went in trying to go blond I showed her inspiration photos and asked if this was a reasonable outcome and she said yes. I only had 4 hours and asked if that was enough time and yet again she said yes. Through the appointment she stopped 3 times to do walk in’s as I sat and did nothing. I asked for 3/4 inches off and I would say she cut 6/7. She ended up not having enough time for me and had me leaving with a rough cut not to mention my hair was yellow. When I went to talk to a manager and get a refund they refused. I literally cried my eyes out and hid my hair for a week while I was scrambling to try to get someone to fix it. Please save yourself and don’t go here.

I left today’s appointment really disappointed. I wish I had been told upfront that the stylist was still inexperienced. I stayed positive and gave her the chance to work on my hair, but the results were not what I expected. It was just a basic cut and full color, yet the cut came out choppy and uneven, and the color ended up much darker. On top of that, I was surprised at checkout with an additional $45 charge for extra color. Paying $255 for a simple cut and single-process color felt excessive given the outcome.

I came and didn’t have a good experience. I wrote a review about how they didn’t know how to do curly hair. Didn’t have a straightener, even though that’s what I chose. She said I could get a refund if I took the review down, so I did, because even though they didn’t do well, at least I got my money back. I never received the refund.And when I asked when I would get it, she never responded. I don’t recommend this place, especially for curly-haired people. Not professional at all.

I had an appointment at this salon where I explained to the receptionist my hair tent to go orange/ red. I also explain my hair issues to Ariel. I told Ariel I went to a previous hair salon in which they left my hair brassy ONLY but they never damaged my scalp. Even though Ariel knew all this information her main goal was to collect as much money as she could and believe me she did!! Having faith that Ariel would do a great job was the opposite of that instead my hair was worse than before and my scalp was full of sores. When I tried to complain, the " one in charge" Clarissa, was very unprofessional and rude over the phone. Telling me "Nothing can be done" " I should have gone to a cheaper salon" " I’ll not get my money back" Clarissa " apparently was talking to me from outside and she was yelling at me but Clarissa said it was windy. I left the salon very disappointed and sad because I was looking forward to good results I paid $386. The salon charged me for toner and bleach but at the end of this horrible job I paid with 0 complaints. According, to Clarissa I demanded my money back the same day and the other hair stylist heard me which it was a lie, no one was there than my kids, the hairstylist and I. I can stand people who lie. I want to let others know to be careful and not go to this salon. They mistreated me and destroyed my hair. I hope this message helps others avoid the same experience.
