Pure Posh Salon

So, I hardly leave reviews but I feel I need to leave this one. I took my teen the other night for a hair cut. We just wanted a straight cut, no layers or anything. Her hair is super long. I’m not going to name the stylist, but she botched my daughter’s hair and cut way too much. She didn’t have her stand while cutting her hair, and her hair was up to her butt. I reached out to pure posh to request a refund or even a credit to buy shampoo and I’ve received no return call from the manager. The stylist apologized and offered to fix it, but I wasn’t risking it. She cut a lot off and by fixing it, she would need trim more. It’s not that we didn’t like it, she botched her hair, so why would I trust her again. I’ve attached pictures. Still over 24 hours and I haven’t heard back from them, I’ve called several times and it goes straight to voicemail. So, they probably know I’m calling. I am going to dispute the transaction.

Paxton is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot!! Not only is she the sweetest person but also SO incredibly talented and knowledgeable. I literally found her just browsing through Instagram and I’m so glad I did. I have definitely found my new hair girl!! I also want to add that the salon has a great atmosphere and that the pricing is very good compared to other salons in the area! I highly recommend pure posh salon and Paxton!! 💖

I’ve been a loyal client at Pure Push for three years, but my recent experience with stylist Celina was extremely disappointing. Not only was my hair left frizzy and unmanageable, but I was also burned on my ear during the process. To make matters worse, I was charged $40 for this subpar service, which is quite high for a hair blowout and made the experience even more frustrating. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves their services.

I’ve gotten my hair styled and cut here before and the experience was alright, they did a decent job. Sadly my recent appointment got cancelled 2 hours before it was scheduled due to the stylist feeling under the weather. Understandable, but no one else was available to work with me instead. For as much as they push their cancelation fee policy, you would think they would have something on their end in place for when they’re the ones that have to cancel on such short notice.

Lindsay is so great! Her styling skill set is top notch along with her communication skills. Extremely friendly! I always get nervous when trusting someone new with my hair, and she made it extremely easy to navigate the nerves by talking to me about what the step by step process would entail and gave me exactly what I asked for with the combo inspo pics shown. I have never felt more comfortable with a new stylist than I did with her. I got the exact cut & color I wanted to achieve thanks to her, & walked out with an amazing new leave in product for my hair! 10/10. I have definitely found my new stylist and can’t wait for our next appointment!

Tiffany did such an amazing job on my hair. She matched my hair color perfectly, and gave me exactly what I asked for . I showed a picture for comparison and let me tell you, SHE DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! Not only am I extremely happy with my service, I was incredibly pleased with the company and conversation with her. The price at this location is reasonable and the quality and variety of their products are fantastic. I will definitely be back for more hair needs in the future! 10/10 recommend, ask for Tiffany!!! 👏🏼☺️❤️

I had my hair done by Jenae, she was amazing! She pays attention to details, literally. She’s a miracle worker! Never had a haircut done my whole life or did anything to my hair. I took a chance and the results are flawless! 10/10 would recommend! Trust me, you will not regret it! Will go again to retouch my highlights! Thanks Jenae!
