They booked me semi-last minute and I really liked how my hair turned out! My stylist was super sweet and talented, and I didn't spend nearly as long in the chair as I have at other salons. The only thing is - she left dye all over my face and in my ear (even after I asked for it to be wiped off). For spending over $500 for a color and highlight, it's kind of annoying that I have to go out later and spend the next day or two literally covered in dye until it goes away. But overall very happy with my hair!

I am over the moon happy with Justine! She greeted me with the warmest smile, was perfectly on time, and took the extra care to go through my inspiration photos and explain her entire process. I had highlights, a smudge, and a micro-cut done. Her signature style is creating hair that truly pops with low maintenance, exactly what I wanted since I’m not someone who enjoys constant salon visits. We talked about coming in only twice a year, and she delivered the perfect look for that. The entire process took about four hours (maybe a little more), but it was absolutely worth it. Justine is fabulous, incredibly knowledgeable, and even took the time to teach me some hair lingo so I left feeling confident about what works for me and what my hair needs long-term. She was the absolute best. 18/10 highly recommend! 💁‍♀️✨

Sarah is absolutely amazing—hands down the best hair stylist and colorist I’ve ever had. Her grey blending is flawless and looks so natural that it completely transformed my hair and confidence. She truly understands hair—texture, color, movement—and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. Her haircuts are always on point, incredibly precise, and grow out beautifully. She is so patient, listens carefully, and never rushes the process, which makes every appointment relaxing and enjoyable. On top of her talent, Sarah is incredibly sweet and professional, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their hair health. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now and will never go to anyone else. Avalon is my fave in San Antonio. Every time I’m in town I make sure to get my hair done here. Hair cut and color by Sarah! She did this great ‘Foilage’ (like balayage) to lighten and blend my dark hair. She’s fabulous. Great service all around. Very nice & clean salon!!
