Kim did an amazing job! She is incredibly personable too! Got a haircut, highlight, and tone. I feel brand new! The rest of the stylists seem super knowledgable and personable from what I observed.

The lady who helped us was very nice & my son enjoyed her. He usually doesn’t like haircuts and this time, he actually let her cut his hair. I’m very happy with her service

Kim was kind and patient with my 4 year old daughter! She even remembered her last hair cut. She is awesome! Not to mention how fantastic the haircut was! She turned a bad mishap into a great experience. Will be coming back to her!

I went in recently, and this older lady was doing my hair. Don't know her name, but she seemed like she knew what she was doing. This was my first time dying the tips of my hair, and my natural hair color is black, so it had to be bleached. After it was done being bleached, it only looked like a carmel color. I didn't think it was light enough, but I decided to trust the lady.. wrong choice. My hair was supposed to be blue, and it turned GREEN. After my horrified shock and a talk with my parents, we agreed with the same lady to put more blue dye. It turned greener. I was in tears at this point. The older lady and the other hairdresser that was there took pictures to send to their manager. He told us to come in tomorrow an hour before they open. And the manager fixed my hair for free. He was very kind. 3 out of 5 stars(would have been a 1 star if they didn't fix it for free or at all). Moral of the story? Don't get your hair done with the older lady. Update: I waited 1 week(as recommended by the manager), and I washed my hair for the first time. All of my hair dye just washed out with one SINGULAR wash. It's very disappointing, and I will not be coming back again. If you decide to come get your hair colored here, I would suggest somewhere else unless it was a dare by a friend to get it here. Otherwise, don't waste 85$ and 5 hours of your time. Edit 2: I'm coming back to get my hair fixed by the other lady there who has some common sense. I'll be coming back on Saturday, April 8th. Hopefully, they get it right this time. I'll make sure to keep this review updated. Edit 3: Well, this is the part everyone's probably been waiting for. Overall, she was a good hairstylist, but she forgot she had us, AND she booked over us. Waited an hour and a half before she arrived. She did what I asked in one hour. Then she styled me for TWO. Two whole hours that WE DID NOT PAY FOR. I'd say this salon is NOT worth it, specifically because they don't know how to book, and they might mess up your appointments. 1/5 star, wouldn't recommend.

My son got his hair cut today and it was awful. The lady just got back from picking her kids up and her body language was awful. She was pleasant to my son son but did an uneven job of hair cut. We didn't ask for a bowl cut and that is what he got and uneven
