I send my clients here to purchase their own hair and save money. I always know they’re in good hands with color matching and selecting hair. My clients always tell me what a good experience they had here. They have smart wefts which are great for the beaded weft method. They also have the best I-tip hair because the tips are super small and more comfortable for individual methods. Their beads are also the best. They offer several sizes and they have copper beads which are thinner and weigh less than the thicker aluminum beads, putting less weight on my client’s natural hair. I’m so thankful for the hair shop! In a pinch when I couldn’t make it to the store, I’ve also ordered beads from their Amazon shop page with one day shipping. Highly recommend.

I have been there three times and the lady who runs the shop is great! Good quality hair that can last up to four months. I always need two packs but the prices are fair. The staff are great with color matching so even if you are not sure what you need, they can help you.

High quality extensions are far and few in california- glad that this location is open so I don’t have to wait until my next trip to LA to purchase new extensions!

I called because I have purchased the brand in a beauty supply store and I wanted to know what my stylist was doing wrong since they kept slipping out . I called to see if I can get some advise and a lady answered and put my on hold when I heard someone ask her a questioned waited for 10 minutes came back on the phone I told her what was going on & she kept interrupting me and answering stuff I didn’t even say . Then I heard someone come up and she told me she was gonna call me back but I was asking a question first !!! To me it was just plain rude ! Answer my question then of course help your customer . I know how this works I been in retail and customer service for a long time and this isn’t t he right way
