Lo-Ann Haircut

My partner gets his hair cut here and they do great every time! Also it is a friendly nice place to be!

Just No. I've been to quite a few salons in the area, so I know generally what to expect for my cut. I had medium top & bangs with short sides. Asked for ~1 inch off top, with 1 guard sides. Even had reference photo. Should've been straight forward. Knew something was wrong when the owner lady started cutting everything with clippers, even the bangs and side bangs with clippers. She doesn't even touch the layers until I had to ask her in the very end, when she thought it was over. And I also had to ask her (a licensed barber) to stop using clippers and use scissors to care for the top layers, which she took ~4 snips of. Even with all that end result is uneven hair. Some of my side bangs are longer than my front. And I don't know how the hair will even grow out in the long run. It was just awful & it'll be my first and last time here.

Best haircut place I’ve been to hands down here in Sacramento!!! My son used to kick & scream since getting his first ever haircut & ever since we came with Lo Ann, she is just so gente with him! My husband also comes here and we are just so pleased with how she cuts hair! As long as we are in Sacramento, we will be coming here! 🙂

I went in to get my ends trimmed and my bangs touched up since I initially cut them myself at home. They were okay but I thought they could be refined a little by a professional. They did a truly awful job with my bangs. There are random sections that are 2 inches shorter than the others. One of the worst cuts I have ever had. After looking at the results I would believe you if you told me they had literally never cut hair before. It's been a few days and I'm still so upset. I'm getting them fixed at a different place tomorrow.

Great place with talented hairdressers! The salon is super cute and clean. I love my haircut and my son loves his haircut. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on my haircut and I just got it cut yesterday. I highly recommend this hair salon! My family and I will be returning for sure.

I am editing the review I wrote earlier which is below. Today, I was very surprised because Lo-Ann rushed to cut my hair, and she did a very bad job. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted, and she said that she can do it. Nonetheless, I noticed that she took about 7 minutes per haircut from the people before me charging $13. However, people usually gives her $2 tip. She rushes to get as many people in as possible because apparently she charges less compared with other professional places who are actually doing a professional job. I am not sure what happened but she has been rushing and doing a sloppy job. She chopped my hair, and I needed to go to an event tomorrow. As she was cutting my hair, she said $15 probably because she needed to spend more time to do a great job just like in the picture. But as soon as another customer came in, she rushed with her machine and continued chopping my hair without thinking what I wanted. This was not professional, and I will not go there to cut my hair ever again. She should fix my hair of curtesy. This is only polite because I did pay her as I usually pay: $15 including $2 tip.

Another door locked during "normal" business hours. Not sure what’s happening in these hair salons. Apparently this location prefers male clients as she declined to cut my girls hair.
