If I could I would give 0 . It was TERRIBLE experience, Her name was NICOLE. I came to the salon at the appointed time. There were two more clients in front of me. I'm waiting for a long time, I showed a photo of the hair I wanted, it was similar to the one I came with. She said ok. However, the final result was completely different. I asked for a blonde, but the color turned out gray/blue and still my color too, During the service, everything felt very rushed. My hair was pulled harshly while washing, brushed aggressively while wet, and I noticed a large amount of dark hair in the brush,(not my hair) everywhere and everything was very dirty. UNCOMFORTABLE, and UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT recommend. The price was 326.40$

The waiting area was so dirty. Should have walked out then, but my daughter wanted her lashes done. So we had an apt at 9, the lady was 30 minutes late. We had a Groupon and they redeemed the voucher before they even started applying the lashes. Then after she applied the lashes she said my daughters eyelashes weren't able to hold the lashes or glue. These lashes look terrible and my daughter is in tears. Definitely do not recommend at all. Very unprofessional.

I Was deeply disappointed with my last experience. This lady who hasn’t done my albums before it took me in the back and was in such a rush like didn’t even ask me how I liked him or anything just started going to work then afterwards told me that she couldn’t find a mirror that’s why she couldn’t show me what they look like. I literally go to work. I look crazy as hell even my boss is like what happened to your eyebrows. When I go to the bathroom, I take a look at them and they look completely different but one of them is way thinner than the other one and it’s angled super weird like a sea curve going down between my eyes So weird like they never look Like this, I go back and complain and in a frenzy mind you because this is my face and my eyebrows look absolutely crazy for people can’t even notice the boss lady I’m guessing she’s the owner tried to fix it, but as I’m looking at it now they just cannot be fixed. They’re so thin I never wear them Thin like this. Unfortunately, I’m just gonna have to wait till they completely grown back after I literally just made them go all the way back. I really like this place, but I will not be going there anymore. I’m so disappointed.

Nicole and Susan always make me and my mom , daughter feel good . Nicole does really good money piece and baylage. Susan does extensions great !! Love it here. So sweet.

Terrible Experience, Unprofessional and Unsafe Service! Nasty unhygienic place!! AVOID AT ALL COST. I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this Salon. My cousin and I visited for waxing, and unfortunately, the service was absolutely unacceptable. The wax burned my cousin’s skin, and when we raised the issue, instead of showing any remorse, they blamed my cousin for it and said it was "GOOD JOB". This was completely unprofessional and heartless. This business is money hungry and they aren’t experienced at providing waxing. I got my lashes done here before and they left my eyes burning and red for days. I don’t know how this business is even running. To make matters worse, the salon’s hygiene practices were appalling. They used old wax, and I witnessed them dip the same stick back into the wax after using it on my cousin. They don’t switch out the sticks in between. They use 1 stick for each customer and same wax—an unhygienic and unsanitary practice that should never happen in any reputable salon. Additionally, the wax they used was of poor quality, and the person performing the waxing wasn’t even certified, which made the whole experience feel unsafe and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this salon for your safety and well-being. It’s not worth the risk or money.

I live almost an hour away from this salon but I will always come here to get my hair and nails done. All the ladies are so wonderful and accommodating. They make sure that you are happy with the end results and they are understanding of what you want. These are my favorite looks from them on separate occasions.

I really liked my new hair color which Nicole recommended. She put a lot of effort on my hair as always.
