Sam is THE best! I've been going to her for a while now and I won't go anywhere else. She always gives me exactly what I want, and gives great hair advice! Salon is always a fun environment too, which makes the whole experience 15/10!

This hair salon is fantastic! They were able to fit me in last minute and the results were amazing. I am very satisfied with the work did on my hair. They were able to create the exact look I was going for. The stylist who did my hair was very polite and respectful, and she did an excellent job creating the look I wanted.

Love love love Norma! Love her style, colors, she can do anything for your skin, face, hair, and nails. Her staff is talented too. She's creative, professional and thoughtful. The salon is kept clean and organized. I promise, come, you will be glad so you did.

This review is long overdue. Somehow we tend to complain more than praise others. I hope for that to change this year. My hairdresser is Royce and I have followed him when he had to switch salons simply because he knows what I want the best. I have given other hairstylists a chance and have tried to color my own hair only to return to Royce eventually. I like that I do not have to explain a lot to him what I want, and in almost twenty years he recommends variations to my style or color and I listen. The bond that we have I have learned to appreciate with years and I hope I don't loose it. Thank you Royce!!

I am new to the area and was very excited about this salon. I did my research and thought this would be a great place. I am also a big supporter of businesses in the area I live. I contacted them last Wednesday (7/24) and expressed my interest to set up a weekend appointment (any weekend). I was told by the lady who answered the phone that she would reach out to her fellow stylists to see who could accommodate me and someone would get back to me. I never heard anything by the end of the next business day so I called and left a message, again expressing my desire to set up an appointment. It is now nearly a week later and I never received any sort of follow up. I find this very disappointing, especially from somewhere with such high reviews. I have decided to take my business elsewhere as I am a big believer in first impressions and customer service.

Male hairstylist doesn’t know how to work with Asian hair. I went to someone else who knows what she’s doing and she said he really damaged my hair. He also was terrible at first impressions. Wasted so much money, I would never come back or recommend Sassi salon to poc.
