The lady in the first chair is amazing, my son and husband been coming to her for awhile now, she understands what you want, and takes her time to do it right and best part at such low costs!!! We are her customers for life.

I liked the quality of my Haircut. My Stylist copied very well the design from a screenshot. It took like 30 minutes and only $15 dollars so I tip her 10 more. Paying with a card or apple pay has a feed of $1. So cash is better.

I've been here twice and each time the haircut has came out perfect. Cuts start at $15, which is very inexpensive. My "0" Fade is only $17. I encourage everyone in the College Glen to come out for a great haircut and to support this local business.

It seems many other reviewers have taken notice of Nine 9 Haircut's attention to detail when she cuts your hair. Her shop is just her (I don't know her name) and it's never busy. I always prefer to have my hair cut at owner-operated shops, rather than the big corporate shops, where the "stylists" come and go and are often inexperienced. Nine 9 Haircut is very professional and she really knows her craft well. She is very conscientious. I want to see her remain in business, so please check her out. Her prices are lower than just about any other shop and her product (her hair cuts/styles) are top-notch. Maybe the best hair cut value in Sacramento.

I came here after my long time haircut specialist retired. Thao is great! She listens to what you want, is really detailed in her cuts and her prices are super affordable. Close to Sac State, every student should go here!

The lady who gave me the haircut was extraordinarily nice. She made sure i was satisified with the haircut until the end. I very much like my haircut. Very affordable price too. If you want a cheap nice haircut, then definitely recommend this place. 👍
