Peggy did a fabulous job of trimming and shaping my daughter's long, wavy hair, as well as my own. Super easy to make an appointment and the place and people were lovely.

I wish their prices were posted, as I would’ve chosen somewhere else. I paid almost $200 for a semi-permanent dye and trim. The lady was very nice and easy to talk to, but I specified several times I wanted dark brown NOT black hair. After 30 minutes in the dryer, i should’ve known it’d come out jet-black. I was also disappointed that the shirt I was wearing is ruined because of the excess dye dripping. This is not a big deal, but the amount of dye on my head was kind of insane - I hate to think that contributed to my $190 bill. Beware of pricing!! Update 5 months later: It was not semi-permanent dye. Before this, my hair was natural. I am now forced to continue dyeing it for years on end or let my roots visibly grow out. I have ~28" of hair so this would take about four years. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Peggy is like having a best friend who can help with your hair. Knowledgeable, friendly, experienced with multi-cultural hair. Her hands on my head felt confident and sure. I will definitely cultivate this relationship for beautiful hair. Thanks, Peggy.

Fantastic Salon! Peggy is the new owner and stylist of May's Hair Design. I just had my first cut & color with her yesterday. I love my new hair cut, it frames my face very well. I am very happy with her service. I loved the fact that Peggy was willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my request by getting a new expensive brand of hair coloring product that she normally doesn't stock on hand. Her willingness to work with her clients speaks volumes in my book.

May is amazing! I found my new hair designer. She knew exactly what I wanted when I stumbled through trying to explain what I was imagining. She is perfect! EDIT: I don't get my hair cut often. I went back 4 Months after my first visit and May remembered me. She asked questions about me like she was just continuing our last conversation! I was amazed. I asked how she remembered me and she just said you're my costumer of course I remember. That's some great customer service!

Teresa was great and welcoming from the start. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to get very close (my hair was a bit too short for what I wanted initially). I'm very happy with the outcome, and for the price, I'll definitely be returning in the future.
