Didn't even ask what I wanted once I sat down, after I spoke up she said shes been cutting hair for years and know what shes doing. Didn't listen to a word of how I wanted my hair cut. Will never go back. $30 wasted.

Mrs. Woo is very skilled and professional. She definitely knows what she is doing and gives great advice and comments on what kind of hairstyle is best for you. I definitely would recommend stoping by and getting your hair done over there.

I have not switched hairstylist for 3 years because of the amazing job Joyce has done. The ultimate Asian hair salon. She knows well the texture and character of Asian hair and cut your hair accordingly. Never been more satisfied cutting my hair in the Sacramento area. Worth the 50mins drive.

had to leave a second review — JOYCE YOU ALWAYS SAVE MY LIFE AND YOU ATE DOWNNN!! ive been going to this salon for 3 years now and ive always been served quickly and efficiently and done right. i always enjoy going to lotte salon because of how talented and trustworthy joyce is with hair–especially asian hair. i merely have to show a picture or describe my vision and she always executes it incredibly with her 40+ years of experience showing through. ive sadly moved away, but i believe the 2 hour drive to get my hair done by her is worth the trip. i dont go as often as before, but i cannot trust any other hair stylist to do me right. always affordable and makes me feel affirmed in my identity. thank you joyce!! 😀

If you are Asian this is the place to get your haircut. If you are not Asian then this still the place to get your haircut! Joyce does wonders with all types of hair and she is friendly and professional! The price is also reasonable, what are you waiting for?

LITERALLY THE BEST HAIR STYLIST IVE EVER HAD... im deadass. i have wavy hair and she was very careful with it and knew how to cut it effectively. i would give 10 stars if i could tbh. she works very fast, diligently, and confidently. she matched the reference i showed her perfectly. it's obvious that joyce has had a lot of experience especially cutting asian hair that not a lot of hair stylists know how to do. shes super nice and considerate of how you want your haircut to be so she can match it. i love how competent and hard working joyce is. after receiving joyce's service, it is clear that how she knows what shes doing and i couldnt have asked for a better salon. plus, the prices are very affordable.
