I’ve been coming here for 20 years, and these ladies are some of the nicest and hospitable women I’ve ever met. They do a great haircut every time and it’s only $15 for men without tip.

Revisited it here after 10 years. Chose here as they could speak some Chinese. Got a quote to cut my long hair into short hair for $20 over the phone. When I got there, they said their quote was $20 & up and gave me a price of $25 due to the length of my hair. When I told them I got my $20 quote over the phone, they said they had never had a customer bargaining with them in the past 30 years. I showed the auntie a picture of the hair style I wanted. She glanced it so quickly and started before I finished explaining my request. I requested a shorter hair cut, but the auntie would reject my request by saying "it does not look good like this with young people." Auntie murmured and cut my hair super fast. She combed my hair pretty hard near my neck, which hurts my acnes. She removed my coat without confirming if I was satisfied with her work. I requested to cut my hair a little bit shorter, the auntie said I was troublesome and cut my hair again reluctantly. They could not take credit card payments for a few minutes due to no internet. The card payment eventually went through. When I left, the auntie said the same thing to the young boy that his requested style would not be popular with the young people. The haircut was fine. I guess the service downgrade the quality of the haircut. If you are a shy person and not good at expressing yourself in front of a pushy Asian auntie, I would recommend you go somewhere else.

I was nervous about getting my hair colored and the lady was so nice and made me feel comfortable and did a great job!! Thank you Yvonne!! I love it!!

I told the stylist wanted I wanted (just past my chin-no layers) she ignored me, cut it up to my EARS and layered it even though I told her not to. She then assured me that "this was a good style for me". It’s not. I hate it. I can’t fix it. I should have walked out right then. She was not careful either and cut off large chunks and was cutting along my neck so hard and fast it was amazing she didn’t draw blood. Do not go here. Their good reviews are years old. I imagine those people have left. I have literal nicks from the razor she used on the back of my neck (which was never needed given the length I actually wanted). I wanted to scream the entire time it happened but she was so forceful and fast that I thought I might get hurt otherwise

I recently moved to Sacramento and didn't know where to go for a haircut. I looked on google and found Lilly's. She had openings right then so I went and Jenny. My hair was fairly long and permed and she gave me a short layered cut that I am very pleased with. I will definitely go back.
