Hair Story

My brother has been getting his perms & haircuts done by Lin over the past year & she does such an amazing job with his hair. We drive an hour out just to see her because no one does it better than her! Thank you Lin!!

My first visit was excellent. It is hard to find someone who can cut straight hair well. The second time she allowed the previous customer to request an impromptu 15 minute trim for her daughter after I had already arrived on time. I let it go, but the hairdresser proceeded to gaslight me and say I had arrived too early, rather than acknowledge she had wasted my time to placate her selfish earlier customer. She then proceeded to cut but when I said it was still too long she complained about having to cut twice, then carelessly hacked at my bangs with her scissors sideways, rather than vertically. My wife who was scheduled to cut after me just wanted to leave but we at least wanted to match the rest of my hair to the front in terms of length. All of this unprofessional behavior was unnecessary and unprovoked. She is talented but perhaps bitter, especially with all the weirdos loitering and constantly making noise outside the adjacent 7 eleven. Afterwards hairdresser knew she did a bad job and said we didn’t have to pay. We paid but will never return. I’m not even mad, just disappointed.

Was super excited to get my hair done here! Unfortunately, my expectations will never be realized, as I had such bad customer service I left. Had an appointment with a friend; the stylist works on his hair first. 90 minutes go by, and she is seen taking on other customers that came after me instead of working on my hair. Stylist neglected to inform me about any of this, until she told my friend (not me, the customer) that she was overbooked and would have to skip me. Not worth my money at all, don't go here unless you want to spend more time waiting in a line than you would at a Disney ride.

Every time she raises the price. Perhaps coming from a place outside of Sacramento, it's always an overcharge. I always ask for the price first by phone before I go there How can the price rise quickly? It's already second. She said the price went up each time saying a different price. Lmao?? Crazy hairdresser on the money

Vanessa, she’s best hairstylist, i been her hairstylist since she was in Mack road, i have to look after her.. she’s very confident and she knows what to fo especially a haircut and hair color..Thank you Vanessa

Horrible. She was overbooked yet still scheduled an appointment with me and my friend at 4. Only one worker and horrible communication didn’t tell me she was no longer taking me gave me the cold shoulder. Made me wait an hour and 30 minutes and only did my friends perm and completely ignored me.
