Today I had my hair done by Vanessa and I am so happy with it. She's so sweet and easy to talk to and she did an excellent job on my hair. She was able to squeeze me into her schedule and her rates are very reasonable too. I will definitely be coming back, thank you so much for fixing up my hair for me!

This was the best day ever. Not only did Sue an excellent job. She made my day. I was frustrated and down but she turned this day around. I love love the time she took to cut my hair and made sure everything is perfect. I love you ❤️ not only because you have the same name as I have.... from Sue to Sue... you're awesome. Thanks

Last year I made an appointment with Leyah for 4PM and she wasn’t there. Her staff/co-owner had to call her. She was over an hour late. I bit my tongue and didn’t write a review because she was such a sweet person.... Well, I’m writing one today because I had another bad experience at Hair Forte. This time it was with Jessica a new member at the location. I am a very gullible person who always put so much trust in stylists because it is what they do for a living and are considered a subject matter expert. Boy, am I wrong. I am traumatized and afraid to trust stylist going forward as I’ve experienced too many disappointments. Anyway, my hair color turned out horrible. Patchy with 3 different colors. Top of my head copper orange, middle of my hair is dark brown, bottom of my hair patchy mix with bright orange and dark brown. I also asked for a soft straight cut and got a choppy uneven cut. Overall, my hair looks ugly like it was box dye and my cut looks like a cut it myself. For a person of 12+ experience, I was expecting more from Jessica. I reached out to her about my hair and requested partial or some type of refund. She asked me to return so she can darken my hair and fix my trim. I’m afraid to return because she didn’t get it done correctly the first time. She kept saying if I wanted the color I requested, she’ll have to charge me extra money. I had virgin hair and she could have used a different product to color my virgin hair, but didn’t. I am not returning to Hair Forte.

I have been coming here for a decade. Leyah is my girl! She always does a great job with my hair and I have never been unsatisfied with her service. Jeet, who does eyebrow threading in the back, is wonderful. I can't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done!

Cut done by Edith: I was ignored for most of the cut, asked several times if I was really sure if I knew what I wanted, asked if my husband likes short hair because her husband would NEVER let her cut her hair short, and witnessed the whole salon other than the owner talk trash about another client who had called for an appointment. Need I say more? Cut done by Leyah: fantastic! Best cut I've ever had and really understood my short hair style. It's hard to have the best and worst experiences all in one shop 😛

Layla was so nice and talkative and she put so much effort into our hair. Both services turned out amazing and reasonable prices. Definitely a wonderful experience and will be going back!
